How does a "brain dead" person donate their body? Does the family decide for the "brain dead" person? Does the part on the driver's license about donating your body to science cover this? Can the Hospital sell you for your medical bills? Can a family just sell you to the richest buyer? Lots of questions....

What's the point of the face transplant. It's already a highly risky procedure, why would a further face transplant be worth the risk it brings?
It may start off as just a head transplant, but overtime as technically gets better, it may be less risky to do a face transplant
For cases where the body is younger than the head. I sure wouldn't want my 76-year-old face being attached to a 25-year-old's body.

Take a lot of many simple steps instead of few large complex steps. An advantage this method has over others is that it allows for a lot of iterations which is required to mature a technology from an idea into a working solution.
