I'm big in the bottom/hips and thigh area, and very small on top. And hated trying on clothes when shopping because I could never find any styles that fit well. I think you look great. Try not to talk negatively about your body. I know you have lots of body issues to shed. You've worked hard and now look so healthy. Instead of say cover my larger areas say compliment my shape. Please hear my positivity and love for you.
I personally don't feel like she talks very negatively about her body at all. She's just describing her body type or shape by saying she's 'bigger' on bottom. I found I could relate with her when she said things like that, because generally when you're getting dressed you're trying to appear more balanced or to draw more attention to your 'best areas'. I found what she was saying was practical and relatable personally! Just what I think! But I understand everyone is free to think what they want!
I loved how you explained everything! I'm built the same way. Hourglass and curvy but slightly bigger on bottom than top so the jackets are a great option to highlight the good and detract from the areas we want to conceal.

Seeing how the younger girls dress nowadays, I just can't do. So these outfits are perfect, classy, cute and sexy all at the same time and it still has a youthful feel. PLEASE keep doing these vids because this can go for curvy women of all ages.

I've finally found a good fashion blog that I can take tips from! I'm pear shaped also, but my hips are wiiiiiiiiide! It's so hard to balance out my shape! I'm actually 18 and I find these outfits all adorable! It's just hard for my to find clothes that I can look good and feel comfortable in that are up to trends. Hey Marlena! If you're looking for a good wide calf boot, the brand "Blondo" has really comfortable leather boots, and they make some boots specifically for wide calf! I don't know how much of a variety they have in the States, or which retailers have them, but give them a try!
