There is no pin you have to use unlock file and flash the chip

If your laptop is L460 the bios chip is located close to the processor

480 has 2 chip EC and Main bios

That has nothing to do with bios,, check if your ram are seated properly

I was updating windows 11 restarted the laptop and went black on screen
So it's totally blank screen so reprogram the bios me region
