They are not fast lanes first of all, they are passing lanes. Second, in many states including mine there are laws prohibiting this behavior

When it comes to people claiming false things (like the first clip). Try not to get angry, don't even say anything to them. Let them dig themselves a deep hole, then show up in court with your evidence and make sure they are charged with filing a false police report, and have your lawyer make sure that your time and the lawyers fees are paid by them.
That's gonna take a while and might be a test of patience. But damn, it'd be worth it
^this. A few years ago I was hit by a taxi driver. He claimed my fault, I offered to resolve the issue on the spot if he recognizes his blame but no, we went to the police station, i invited him to file the report first and sign it, then I "remembered" I had a dash cam. He lost the right to drive for 90 days and was given a very heavy fine, and I think he was investigated for attempted fraud and lying in official documents.
Don't even need to show to court wait till he tells the cop the story, then show your video to the cop and then ask the cop to charge the person with false police report.

I'm sure hitting someone with your car purposely constitutes public endangerment and vehicular assault. @@derp195 ; Not ALL bikers. I'm a biker (albeit on a 125cc - so couldn't even rev bomb if I wanted to) but certainly don't ride like a prick - also, if you watch the DanDanFireman videos, you'll see a great selection of better riders.
