ONLY use your front brake when stopping hard! This will get you used to crashing.

Using your front brakes on steep descents helps the bike rotate a very important bike dynamic. 😁

As a PMBIA coach I can qualify these tips! You'd be surprised how many people don't know about dropping your heels. Also for the attack position or ready position a good top is chin over stem and butt over seat. Keep going bobo great video!

On the climbing, 25 years ago I was one of the faster climbers I. Iur he oh up if fast riders. It there were some guys who weren’t racers and were much slower on the climbs. So after finishing our mini races to the top, I’d turn around and ride back to the last guy climbing and just match his oace and keep him company on the climb up. It kept me from being bored waiting, it gave me more riding/climbing time, I liked everyone in our group so it was more time to spend with a friend, and hopefully they felt the same.

I've been riding most of my life. I've done XC and endurance racing. I've never considered a dropper post. If I buy a new bike that would be the first thing I get rid of

Hey I’m a roadie: suffering up hills was the fun part (and the only thing I was good at) when I first started. My first ever MTB ride was 55 miles with 4,000 feet elevation gain. NP 😂
