Crystal sea, breathtaking landscapes and views, rich history and great gastronomy! Croatia simply has it all!
Croatia is great for summer vacation. I really loved it
Croatia this year looks like cracking the 14mill tourist mark. For a country of 4.5 mill people that is not a major commerce centre or is not a major airport terminal for Europe that is a huge number, especially if you think per capita. Two places I would add to this list are medieval Sibenik, and Venetian Rovinj. So many awesome places in Croatia
+Dan Bac we would have loved to add those places but didn't have time to visit everywhere this trip. They sound so cool. /J
Your vlog is great, i understand it's almost impossible to visit all places. Keep up the great work
+Dan Bac ☺️ thanks Dan
And not to forget to mention Porec, Zadar, Trogir, Varazdin, Zagreb etc. :-)
There should be an award for a video like this!!!!
Thanks +scott a. Josh worked very hard on it and i think he did a great job in capturing just how amazing Croatia is. -Ash
I don't know why Croatia is'nt in the first best countries for tourism. It's marvelous country with its beautifull islands and historic places. At least Croatia must known more than Greece
Wow! You two did an amazing job with a video! 👍
I'm so glad, I was able to visit and explore Croatia back in the days when it was not so popular. It is a great country, thus no wonder it attracts so many tourists. :)
Nice list, though I would also add some other places, like for instance, Vis, Pag, Dugi otok, Kornati archipelago etc. ;)
thx bro im from croatia and i wonna say hvala ti puno (thank you so much)
And you frogot a Pag (place) he is beautiful
as a croatian this video just makes me smile all the time :)

haha At least we know we had a part in adding yet another country to your bucket list:) -Ash
The largest and most important port in Croatia is not that of Split, but Rijeka ;-). Have you visited Zadar or even better Trogir? If you follow the route magistrale you will also pass through places like Primoste and Sibenik. And if you go to Istria, Rovinj, Motovun and Porec. So much more to Croatia than Split and Dubrovnik. Believe me!
Split is the main passenger port, while Rijeka is for cargo
My father is from Međugorje, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and my mother is from Šibenik, Croatia. Mostar is my birth town. Šibenik is the third-largest city in the historic region of Dalmatia. Dalmatia is one of the four historical regions of Croatia, alongside Croatia proper, Slavonia and Istria. Šibenik is the oldest native Croatian town on the shores of the sea. Did you know that it has recently become one of the few (around 10) cities in the world with 2 UNESCO sights? St Jacob cathedral and St Nicholas fortress which is being renewed...
good job. :)) i like the top 5 places in Croatia. If you can list the places at the top 5 must visit, it will be better.
Ahhh thats a great suggestion. We can't change it now but the next time we do a vlog like this we will for sure take that advice. Thanks for helping us out. We love suggestions like this as we're still learning. -Ash

This is just top 5 destinations of Dalmacija....??? Istria and the rest of country???
I LIVE IN CROATIA!!!!!!!
Great work guys. Did you get good money for this promotional video? Were they pleased with it?
+Erik Stoop Hi Erik! Thanks! Lol we didn't charge anything for this. And we made a slightly different version for our host that he can use however he would like. /J
🇭🇷🇭🇷 u ♥️♥️ !
I mean , all beautiful places, but some top list to visit in Croatia without region Istria?? Come on, lazy homework
Again, don't want to sound nit picky, but it wouldn't be unwise to try to learn to pronounce the local names more properly, then just read it like it's an English word/name.
For instance, Plitvice is pronounced "Plee-tvee-tze".
Otherwise, nice coverage.
We for sure tried to pronounce things properly I will admit most times we got it wrong. Thanks for clarifying. It may help some one else on their trip to Croatia. -Ash
exexex *
Always getting it wrong myself, even though being told . Also Hvah ,apparently the h is barely pronounced
The Latin letter “C” when used to transliterate Slavic languages is equivalent to the Cyrillic letter “Ц” and is pronounced “Ts”. “Č” & “Cz” are equivalent to the Cyrillic “Ч” and are pronounced “Ch” instead, but in Polish, Czech etc. “Ch” is pronounced “H” or equivalent to the Cyrillic “Х”. It’s difficult to learn. I do actually think it’d be much less complicated for Slavic languages to be written in the Cyrillic script which makes use of far fewer diacritics and there is much less ambiguity when it comes to writing compared to writing Slavic languages in the Latin script.
i like people that havent even seen 5 percent of croatia and come up with a top 5 list, lmao. btw..all these listed places are way too crowded. i could name 20 better places in 5 seconds
Croatia is not Balkan country. It has nothing in common with the Balkans.
it is south of the balkan mountains...therefor a balkan country. the whole peninsula between adriatic and bosporus
And please dont miss Jasenovac, the most notorious Croatian death camp, also really good place to visit is Gradiska stara first and only children death camp, in corporation with Catholic curch, nuns were main exectuioners, and u can see more just Google ustasa.
Zlatni Rat Brač vergessen..
Stop the irritating techno-pop background "music" pleeeease! I don't see the connection between beautiful Croatian sights and some millennial whining about "cool kids"! Had to quit the video.
