45 MIN FULL BODY HIIT | No Repeat Workout with Weights

- FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT - Challenge yourself with this Cardio and Strength based HIIT workout that will boost your metabolism and work every muscle from head to toe.
You’ll need a moderately heavy set of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level
There are 3 circuits to work through. Complete each exercise 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest

Awesome workout , as usual, Penny! This kinda kicked my butt 🥵even tho I made it to the end, using my own modifications for the jumping and the kneeling. Your workouts are the best! They are challenging, and dare I say, fun! I don’t bother with any others. My favourites are no jumping, but I recognize there are other fitter and younger, so I improvise. Thank you for helping me to enjoy working out and staving off geriatric mobility issues😀😀❤️

Hi Penny!!! Have been slacking a bit with the longer 30 mins + workouts recently due to life! However I really wanted a full body long one today and this hit the spot in sooo many ways! Loved the variety and the last burpee push at the end! Also thank you for giving longer than 10 sec breaks- I find that sometimes it compromises form if the breaks are too short to see what we should be doing in time ! Really appreciated every part of this workout ❤️❤️❤️
