Awesome to see that people are still tuning these cars. And that even the smaller displacement engines can make good power.
Not to be *that* guy, but I think they all have the same block and displacement on this gen, just the map and turbos are different.

@@ethanjack4298 Pretty much yes, the 1.8t isn't actually a 1.8 liter engine, but was probably named that way to differentiate it from the other 2 liter variants.

I am a FAN of SAAB. I cannot find enough words to express how I respect their professionalism in taking care of my SAAB after SAAB closed its operations as I was hardly struggling to find somebody to really be able to care of my 9-5 until I found them.
I recently tuned my one up. Amazing car, amazing service, amazing results.

i have a 9-5 2.0 from 2006. and would love to make an upgrade, i have a td04 15 laying for a year now,cant affort any opgrade im alone dad to a teen girl,and only work part time,due to mental izzuez and my car are my only waluble ting,watchin theez wideoz maake me happy,and dream it could be me.. amazing thingz u make,do88.. keep it up..

how much bigger of a Turbo over the Stock is it? and what would be the gains on the 2.8l v6 one?

So you Didn’t change the injectors?, I’m planning to switch turbo in mine to and I guess that if I have the green aero injectors it will get more fuel? Than the stock 1.8 injectors
It depends on the year. Until 2006 1.8t had different injectors (blue). From 2007 all 1.8t, 2.0t and 2.0T have the same grey injectors with the same performance as older green from aero.

i thought they came in 2.0t and stock is ~210hp.
The 9-3 comes in many different engine options, this is the 1.8t which came with 150hp from factory 🙂
the "1.8t" is the same 2.0L engine. it's just detuned
Differences between 1.8 and 2.0 aero
Turbo compressor has more vanes.
Slight variation in exhaust cam lift, aero duration being longer.
Pre early 2007, injectors different between 1.8 and 2.0
Post late 2007 injectors the same.
1.8 littleT 150bhp 2litre mid T ,2litre big T 2010bhp all depended differing turbos lower output using garret turbo big T I think being MITSUBISHI
14t känns väl lite i minsta laget?
Jag hade satsat på 17-18 nånting på den motorn. 19t däremot är kanske lite väl saftigt med tanke på att B207 inte finns som 2,3 liters (B237).
