These videos are a great resource when sorting through what seems to be an infinite number of pool options. Just settled on this exact pool with your help!
Thank you so much, I'm glad I could help out.
Hi Robert. Love the videos. You give hope for hillbillies like me that love these pools and wouldn’t be any happier had we had a more expensive one. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Joe! Every time I am in the pool, I can't believe how nice it is for the price. Amazing.
I just noticed my arms dealing like they had fibers after I swam. Thank you for clarifying this.
We’ve had ours up for 4 winters. Did the intex sand filter conversion. We love it.
Going on our 4th summer now.
What type or size of intex filter ?
I was lucky enough to snag one of the 14ft ones at Walmart a couple weeks ago, I think it was $228. Hopefully I get as many years out of mine as you have yours.
Awesome! Going on my fourth summer now with no issues.
Thanks for this video it made me decide whether or not buy it and i think im going for it
Hope you enjoy it!
Did you take the pool down last summer or did you leave it up all winter long? I had this pool last summer took it down to move and the liner got hard at the bottom and ripped on the seam. I purchased a new one this summer so I'm curious if I should winterize the pool somehow and leave it up or if I should take it down. I'm just afraid it might rip again.
I did not take it down. So far it has gone thru 2 harsh winters with no problems. Here is a video showing it. czcams.com/video/n0peVmFV0yg/video.html
This may be a stupid question to address the issue with insects critters and algae. Do you just put chlorine water from your pool into those pockets to keep them at bay?
Yes, it works very well.
Is this after the video where the pool was frozen in the winter? We are trying to decide if we can leave our 5 year old pool up for the winter. We have always taken it apart and stored it for the winter.
sorry for the late reply but yes i always leave the pool up all year. this will be the forth winter i believe
@@roberta.edinger9405 thanks. We have decided to try it this year. We should be getting our winterizing chemical kit any day now 👍
Can u send a video on how to hook up a vacuum cleaner to it
Sure, stay tuned.
Hello, did u need a permit before you put it up. I bought one and not sure if this need a permit from the city thank you.
I did not need a permit however I think it depends on your local area.
You said gou have only used a couple of filters, how do you get them to last more that a week or two?
Search for my video on how I clean them. I have been using the same filters for over 2 years.
You leave your pool out all year or you put it away on winter time?
I leave it up all year and it gets very very cold here. From what I have read, most pools are damaged from taking down and setting up.
We get the bag pools. Only problem is the pump hoses don’t hold up.
What is a bag pool?
For 500$ give ot take or even 999 ypu cannot complain a permanent pool is extremely higher in price. Thats what i figure .i have the summer wake 18 by 32 square pool and like it.
What happened after it thawed?
no problems at all, this will be the forth winter i believe
How much does this cost ?
Thanks for the question. I just checked the price on Amazon and WOW! I cant believe it. I bought mine for about $250 Good luck.
It was terrible for me I just set it up yesterday it already cracked And made a whole
That sucks. This is my 4th summer with the same pool. Good luck.
Soe it together
They want 1000$ for this pool on amazon-bad link can get it cheaper at walmart.
The chlorine water on the outside is rotting your pool!
Why do you have it tied up like that with string?
I use the string to tie patio umbrellas to the side of the pool for shade. It works very well.
You sound exactly like a dude on CZcams called dudes with wrenches
