  • This is a bonus interview with former NFL running back Harvey Williams. He grew up in Hempstead Texas, played football at LSU, and had an 8 year career with the Kansas City Chiefs and the LA/ Oakland Raiders from 1991 to 1998. I had the pleasure of sitting down with him again for this 2nd interview. Maybe we'll make it a permanent thing one day. Thanks for watching, enjoy.
    Please excuse any audio "compression" issues from my mic. You can hear everything just fine, just got a little choppy in a few parts. Thanks for following my journey and watching me grow!

    I am thoroughly enjoying these interviews. I actually had the chance to watch Harvey play in person, in Oakland when they came back. Just want to say that ‘95 team was a great “what if” team. Harvey played his heart out for the Raiders. I wish he’d’ve had the chance to play for the ‘99 and 2000 teams. Thank you for being a great Raider sir. And thank you to the interviewer for doing a fine job as well.

      Thanks for watching! I appreciate the love. Harvey was a solid back and played very well for those mid 90s Raiders. 99 and 2000 would have been great too. Hopefully more vids to come.

    Lester had Greatest single-defenseive season in NFL history in 1980 with 13 picks in the regular season another four or five in the postseason capped off with the Super Bowl victory.. no one is gonna top those numbers . He could play zone or man and had incredible size and jumping ability to go against bigger or smaller receivers

      @@ForeMoney Man it's Shame he's a forgotten NFL legend he definitely should be in the Hall of Fame people forget and I was just a kid at the time but he had a Nike endorsement in the early to mid 80s. it was on billboards in LA . it's a travesty he's not in the hall

    I was expecting you to go with defensive line as a unit like you did offensive line. I was about to be livid if you didn’t go with The Steel Curtain of 1960’s. But those are amazing choices as well

    What about #81 Timmy Brown ?? enjoyed the interview,, Harvey Williams was legit starting tailback in the NFL and the Raiders should've kept him another year or two and kept in the Rb rotation

    Harvey's still alive!?!?! ;) I was huge fan of H.W. when he was with the Chiefs. Yes, dude had wheels. Good luck with the podcast fellas. Edit...answer should of been Kelce. Tell me abother TE with consecutive 1k seasons like Travis WHILE being double teamed and chipped. I'll wait.

      yea he's alive and well! Cool dude. I wanted him to pick Gronk, but he went with Sharpe. Kelce is a beast and is a good pick too. Brady throwing to Kelce would be great.

    Football players are more athletic than basketball players. Basketball players are highly skilled but on average football players are more explosive than basketball players on a player by player basis

    • @ForeMoney
      @ForeMoney  Před rokem

      I just think that on average, looking at the whole roster.... A basketball player has to be able to pretty much play every position and run up and down the court every play. Not that football players are not athletic, I just think basketball players' ability to run and jump the whole game is a big feat of athleticism. Maybe Hockey for toughest.
