The way you can generate massive LB gain in FFXIV is either; heal someone below 10% HP or otherwise survive lethal damage due to shields. They use the second method with the opener and then try to get the first as much throughout the rest of the fight.
@@therunawaygirl5096 Have 2 gearsets: your underleveled set, and your actual raid set. Switch from the former to the latter to suddenly lack 90% of your HP. In Momo's case, you can see him switching sets as the countdown ticks at the start of the video. These are the two gray AST icons toward the right of his hotkeys. At about -15, he switches to the underleveled set and has 4k HP. At -3, he switches back. His current HP stays low, but his maximum HP goes back up to 67k. Hope that helps.
