Sis Judith when I use the tehila cream blush after I use a powder blush , it lifts the powder…any tips? I want to achieve a dewy blush look please

Cream blush should be used before powder blush. If you want to apply cream blush after powder, you have to be done with your makeup and set with a setting spray (not seal it spray) before applying and use a beauty sponge to do that .
