    Goenka ji Talks about Vipassana - to those who have not yet attended a course.
    What is Vipassana, how to practice it, why to practice it and why should we have a Vipassana Meditation center.
    He states that attachment to our own physical and mental structure, which we call - I, me, myself results in stress and thus brings misery. He further explains the dependance of one's own physical and mental structure on each other. He explains knowing and observing reality is true meditation. He ends by encouraging everyone to do a 10-day Vipassana course to feel the peace & harmony within.
    Goenka ji gives a speech while inaugurating the South west Vipassana Meditation Center near Texas. He states that Vipassana is a technique to know oneself and thus come out of ignorance, the ignorance which results in misery, unhappiness. From the birth almost everyone just sees things outside and tries to change outside people, situation, things for happiness and almost never succeeds in doing so because the cause of misery is always inside. Vipassana is a scientific technique to look inside and change the inside which then results in bringing real peace & real happiness.
