- Blizzard payed tribute to the best rogue pvper in the world, Reckful. They have added his character as a tribute as a rogue trainer in Stormwind.
Asmongold, Nmplol and Towelliee visit Reckful's NPC in World of Warcraft and Mizkif reacts to the news.

To anyone wondering, he says he doesn't train assassination rogues because Reckful played and became a legend with subtle rogue, even when this spec was (and still is imo) considered one of the worst and totally out of the meta by the time.

That's because people don't know how to play WoW. Shadowstep is by far one of the most powerful abilities a Rogue has ever had in WoW due to the ability to 1-shot casters with ease.

@@tl4038 The beauty of the internet is that your entitled to your own opinion and ideas can float freely without necessarily implying that these ideas be willed into reality. I personally think Wreckful Gladiator sounds kind of cool. It would be more fitting and not to mention, subliminal enough where it's not overtly alluding to Reckful but at least somewhat reminds you of him just based on how the word sounds. But to each their own, I don't even play retail anymore lmao.

There are arena players who dont care about Reckful, there are players who do care about Reckful. A Gladiator Title should entitle everyone. Not by a player. Thats not fair. If you dont even care about Reckful and go for that title, youre like this is stupid. Its not fair. If Hydra is gone, we aint gonna put in Hydra Gladiator. Gladiator titles should stick to the mass, and not because of something that happened. There are multiple things you can do, but adding a specific title for an arena legend is just a waste of time. There are so many arena legends that will then follow should this kinda disaster happen again. They can't do em all. Community asking for this is braindead. Its all people who don't even play arena. Ain't even Glad, and can't even get R1. You aint in a position to request this.

This is fine job on Blizzard. May Reckful rest in deserved peace and tranquility, wherever he may be. He will be missed by many. I wish Horde had some way to pay tribute outside of invading Stormwind to do it.
Hayven Games died from cancer and did content for blizz no npc in game to honor him ...

Byron was a good person and treated everyone like they were someone. He was open and genuine about who he was and did his best to live life
to the fullest despite fighting depression all his years. None of us are perfect and nothing will change or ever bring him back , so the NPC tribute is positive thing for his fans in the community to remember him.

I never watched Mr reckful even once but I have heard of him which is cool so he was a man of great influence , also it’s ironic because i too only ever played sub rogue and didn’t like switching off that spec either. This is just really a beautiful tribute to a man and legendary rogue .

jagex gave the old nite a statue in the wilderness (pvp area) for all to see and to this day its still regularly visited by players

@@soffman851 as a reckful fan adding the npc was pretty cool, but what people are saying is; after the account sharing ban, for 5 years reckful tried multiple times talking to blizzard to get unbanned. Watch the videos "PLEASE UNBAN ME FROM WOW" and "THE REAL REASON WHY I GOT BANNED". It feels a bit hypocritical that they gave him such a hard punishment for so long (when others got unbanned for doing much worse) and just now are acknowledging his importance for the wow community.
If Blizzard did not continue to make the game worse, he may have still been with us enjoying life…. Much love to the best Rogue

Please stop saying his ban in WoW lead to his suicide. Even if there is any truth to that (which there is not) please stop. It really disrespects his name and the actual real struggles he was going through. I believe he was an incredibly smart person and knew what was more important. His ban in WoW definitely upset him, but how dare people say that’s why he ended his life.
