5.1 Given a scenario, apply the best practice methodology to resolve problems.
5.7 Given a scenario, troubleshoot problems with wired and wireless networks.
Scenario
Your customer has reported that none of the devices on the home network are able to access the Internet. Review the expected configuration documentation:
The home network is served by a single OpenWRT router appliance. The router should obtain its WAN address information from an upstream DHCP server.
The local network uses the subnet 192.168.1.0/24 and the router's static IP is 192.168.1.1.
All client hosts should use DHCP to obtain a local network address.

Restart the VM's if its not showing its done. Worked great after that. Think its a glitch. No need to waste time submitting a ticket.
I agree. That is the first step in troubleshooting the labs. However, for cases where restarting the labs do not resolve the issue, then tickets may nees to be raised.
Tried three times it didn’t work for me
Oh. For technical challenges, you may opt to raise a support ticket to CompTIA labs. For guidance & support, contact you trainer/ mentor / student support.
Yea do exactly what he said, I had the same issue and all I did was contact them. They kinda rebooted the vms and hey that fixed my issues. So you could try rebooting the vms 1st then try again because that’s all they did for me 😅
