I want to give you a heads-up. I spent the past day and a half trying to figure out why my Chest engine 5.4 wasn't working with this game. So I tried it on pcsx2 v 17.3 and it fails to work on that. I just tried it on PCSX 2 v 17.0.1 and it worked. So I'm just giving you a heads-up that cheat engine throws a wobbler with the latest nightly of pcsx2. I'm sure some ody might find a workaround for it though
for anyone that still uses the disk with pcxs2 the mileage hack still works. race an opponent and go to the free ride screen and open your disk tray then click free ride and it will stay in autopilot and the road and stuff will go away but it will drive around and rack up miles. granted it does take a long time, it does work on pc

Alternatively, do you know of a way to manually search these addresses, because scanning these values in the Cheat Engine 7.3 yields entirely different addresses (are they even static addresses, or are they dynamic?)

I just replaced the chassis of the Roadster RS by the 911's chassis since the 911 doesn't have a proper adress, but only chassis

something that I would have liked to see was how to put the special aura to the cars and how to do that oversteer effect (burn tire) that most bosses do when starting a battle
That aura effect was kinda hard to find, but i still can explain how to do since i actually know how to get it, but how to use the full potential of a car as bosses always do, this i still don't know unfortunately...
@@j.p.blanco8023 i did some experiences today and i probably know how they can perform a burn start, they simply use the full Down force. I know it is kinda weird but that Down force allows you to burn at start (because your car will be lighter) but the thing is that you will have some difficulties to reach the Top Speed unless you use the Turbo Boost (if you have noticed, bosses are super fast at start, but weirdly at top speed, they are kinda slow, and when you pass them, they suddenly catch you, simply because they use the Turbo Boost to catch up. But some of them might have some Cheated Down Force like level 20/10, i am mostly thinking about Midnight Rose who accelerates like a +1200 PS at starts with a +760 PS car)
What about the oil and water temps? Is there a way to lock it with cheat engine? I found the float addresses but it wont lock in game, it just flashes the number I choose but still increases.
There is a way to lock the Oil and Water Temps with Cheat Engine, but that is more complicated, since you need to search an unknown value with Cheat Engine and doing Next Scans until you find the right adress

I used Cheat Engine to overpass the lvl 3 and put the lvl i want, like lvl 99, but thing is that it really changes your boost (that's why "Overboost") but using it isn't really necessary, it is just to give you a high speed even with a hot dead engine

(The example i will say is on USA ver.) If you got 9990cp, then just search 999 on cheat engine, do not add last 0 since it doesn't count as value, if you have doubt, you can do this with unknown value search, and when you decrease your money, search decrease value but it is longer
@@mohammedalnaim1938 More than likely within the case of Zero it's more than likely in the ELF Region, you gotta use Ghidra or something to find where that's stored and where the data makes sense hex wise. Not an easy task. Then make a cheat for it and boom you can go over that, however most cars can't reach 230 plus without those insane Power cheats.
If you are talking about the porsche at 15:23 , it is not in the game, i simply modified the Car body and bought the roadster since it is the car which fits well for that car (by changing the value with Art Money, a similar cheat system like cheat engine)

First thing, when you launch Cheat Engine, do you directly search values ? Because if you do, it is totally normal that it will never work, to use cheat engine correctly you need to link your cheat engine with your PCSX2 Emulator (click on the icon on the top left on cheat engine) and search for PCSX2, and then search these values. I don't do a tutorial about how to use cheat engine since it is something totally different, nothing to do with the game
@@yamisuisei564 yes it did hit that but when I typed the values in nothing came up or there was plenty of numbers jumping around to normal, red and green. I must've been hitting the wrong application. I will try again soon
Of course, unfortunately... Even if you find a way to put these cheats on your action replay, for some of them i require to play on PC since sometimes you will have to change value, something that you cannot do in a real PS2

@@blakekercheval5952 He uses a old CE version should be the same. I suggest looking at your CE settings in Edit > Settings > Scan Settings Turn on MEM_MAPPED and follow the video. Another edit: If playing on the US Version eliminate the last zero. It won’t work otherwise and don’t just do first scan results. That’s a real 4head move.

What do you mean boatload of adresses ? There is 1st scan, and for next scans you must click "next scan" and the number of adresses should decrease

It's a shame because when i first faced Pursuit Tailgunner I saw how he burned the rear tire in an incredible way to have an FC

aside from the AutoPilot trick, i don't think there is, except you change the mileage yourself with Cheat Engine but it's quite hard to explain

The newer ones need MEM_MAPPED on when trying to find stuff Emulation wise.

It's also reduced the weight by 30Kg. The car had 495ps.

Another edit: If playing on the US Version eliminate the last zero. It won’t work otherwise and don’t just do first scan results. That’s a real 4head move.
