the true story of combat:
legend has it combat was rarest item that maxlevel has not have. the only reason it was rare. cause it was a rememberence of max level. only 1-700 or 1-300 can still hqve combat. the only real reason why is the combat rare. its because saitama's one punch its the combat. cause when your level 700 or 300 level. YOU CAN ONE PUNCH A MONKEY AND A GORILLA IN JUNGLE ISLAND. like if you agree.

The rarest is actually combat v2. Which npcs like Gorilla King and Yeti have. You can tell from their moves that it’s an upgraded version of combat that is unobtainable by EVERYONE including those who still have combat
V2 is not obtainable🤣

It doesn't have Drop chance and it's Admin Special item so it's not the rarest, you can Only say something as Rarest is first: if everyone can obtain it through Normal ways and Admin Items is 100% Guarantee if you becomes an Admin. If you becomes an Admin you straight up gain God like Ability and Triple Dark Blade

if you count the admin cube which gives dark blade or triple dark blade (triple is extremely rare even from the cube) the admin cube is the rarest if you count it tho
