2012 Honda CR-V Passenger Side Mirror Replacement

A walk through on replacing the right hand side (passenger) mirror on my Honda CR-V 2012.
Bought the mirror from Amazon DEPO 317-5422R3EF Honda CR-V Passenger Side Textured Non-Heated Power Mirror
Includes instructions to remove the mirror, interior door panel for access to door speaker.

Thanks for your help and guidance! My Honda dealership quoted me $450 for this repair!!! I order the mirror off the internet for $60 after shipping and will be able to replace on my own now.
