Not the creator but I used to live here - try to get a room facing the courtyard, much quieter.

Hi there! If you need quiet space I would advise not to choose the room facing the street (Spadina) the rest part is pretty quiet :) I was living in a room facing the courtyard on the 9th floor, it was quiet.
