In this step by step narrated video, I teach the fundamentals of cross hatching in comic book style to make an object look like it has more volume and shape. I show common mistakes when trying to cross hatch objects to make them look stand out more. There are many ways to cross hatch but these tips and tricks help me a lot when I cross hatch.
