Energizing Slow Flow Yoga Practice

  • Energising Slow Flow Yoga Practice to pick you up!
    This short flow is for moving the body through long lines of movements - both stretching and engaging the muscles, and waking up the breath. ou can expect a few vinyasa flows and Planks for the upper body as well as several lunges and Triangles for the legs.
    The pace is rather slow and you can follow your own breath, flowing faster or slower if and when needed.
    I guide you through the practice with two blocks, but these props are completely optional and you can do a prop-free practice as well.
    This is an intermediate yoga practice, however, everyone is welcome to join in and move at their own pace!
