It's easy on Professional difficulty to get Silent Assassin Suit Only in Freedom Fighters. But on Master difficulty, don't even waste your time trying because it's hard and total bullshit.
I think this is easier to SASO than Bangkok
EazyEColi well the one in Paris and sapienza are surprisingly easy so I’d understand why they’d make one really difficult one and most of the others a cakewalk

For people having trouble after you kill Ezra Berg, this worked for me. Crouch walk out of the shed and through the gate. Uncrouch and run til you are close to the gate behind the binocular guy, crouch walk past the gate. At this point you can resume freezes guide. If the one guard doesnt investigate the cam then wait for the other guard leaning up against the boxes to walk past the wooden pallets then scale the ledge and crouch walk down to the basement. Enter basement with key, go to your left and crouch walk behind the boiler. Wait for guard to lean against boxes, take cover behind boxes and subdue him, go upstairs, set clock, hide, resume guide.
Flawless guide as always, Freeze!! You're a legend!! I had a hiccup where the guard in the basement wouldn't give me the prompt to subdue him from behind the boxes so I ended up having to wait until he went to the glass and choke him out. Naturally that threw my timing WAY off on the others so I ended up getting Penelope while Sean was upstairs and had to wait for his entire cycle to bring him back to the house. Couldn't reset the clock again so I just took him out the same way I did Graves. Right at the door. Either way, excellent work as always, my friend!!
Nailed it, the step after the save is tricky, the guards seem to react differently depending their exact position, as long as they dont move towards the front of the house it's all good.
Perfect. I had a little bit of trouble, mostly due to matching your timing but was able to pull it out flawlessly in the end. Thank you so much Freeze!

I think this is my first time commenting on one of your videos but I just had to say thank you so much for the hard work that must go into making these videos. I'm currently working through all of the challenges in Hitman 1 and 2 and, while I only use your videos when I'm really stumped, I'd be completely lost without them, especially trying to do this one on my own lol so again thank you so much man!
This is the one I'm dreading doing. If I can't manage it myself, I've got it bookmarked. I appreciate the efforts, Freeze.
This was incredibly tough, but on the umpteenth time I made it happen. The timing is very precise! One thing I did to help with the middle section is to take out the guard near Ezra, shoot the camera, shoot the fuse, and only then put the guard in the box. This gives you a couple of extra seconds after dealing with Ezra to run around the perimeter and dodge the guy looking through the binoculars. Done this way I was able to pass him on my first try.
Anyone struggling with beating Sean rose to the house. Grab the brick along the little pond path you take after you kill maya and use it to k/o the ezra Berg guard, also krugermeier wont set off the guard by the lawnmower cam shooting

Had a lot of trouble with the lawnmower, but I finally got in, and took out Rose. Now Penelope isn't moving from her starting position. 😩

Thank you so much, just too hard to do on my own. One thing is the lawnmower part I was really struggling with, so I got the guards by the other basement entrance to notice my bullet on the camera, and they went around back allowing me to get down into the basement that way, knock out the guard, get the syringe, up to the clock, and into the box in good time.
For anyone having trouble with the timing on getting through the front door-
After you shoot the camera above the stairs and climb up the ledge, before you go over to the lawn mower, just wait in the tall grass there.
One of the basement stairs guards will eventually lean his back against a box, you can subdue him and hide him in the crate nearby with little risk of being spotted.
When the other basement stairs guard has his back turned, take the first guards gun and drop it so the 2nd guard will see it when he turns around. He will take the gun, and now you have PLENTY of time to get into the basement with very little risk.
The only problem is that this will put you off pace to take out Rose, so you’ll have to wait for his lengthy cycle to come back around again- but if you’re stuck at the front door, this is an easier way to get into the house.
I went in through the basement, too. Got spotted too many times trying to go in the front. I just waited till the two basement guards turned around and crouch-ran down the stairs. 😂
I more or less did the same thing as your Professional strategy in 2016, but Sean Rose would only hear the audio device if its fairly high up the stairs - good thing you can shoot him in the face and still get SASO! Your method as usual though is so much simpler and efficient though lol.
EASY SOLUTION for getting into the house: just take the damn Krugermaier!! Everything will be the same except for the guard who isn't alerted which makes it a thousend times easier. After changing pistols I did it on the second try!
I know I’m a year late playing this mission silent assassin, suit only, but can you only alter the clock once? I altered it but both targets looked at it and it threw me off
I tried the Krugermier but it kept missing the hay bale like 50% of the time. I got into the house through the basement.

Thankyou MrFreeze! You made my day.. This was the hardest mission in H1 for mastermind... I spent many hours knocking out guards and failed. I didn't hide behind the mower, instead I went straight downstairs and lured the victims with audio distraction as they came into the vicinity. Kudos, you made my brain rest :)

Quick tip for those having issues with the binoculars guy area getting spotted, I had the same issue, just throw a coin on the other side of the fence to distract the guard and as soon as he turns, run. You'll make it in time and catch up to sean rose even if he goes in the house first you can still turn the clock, open the basement, and poison him but you have to be quick.

Thanks. Excellent ideas and reminders of crouch-walking, I keep crouch-running and it's a real problem! Two crucial points I found. After killing Berg, walk out, through the gate but you have to be right up with your timing at that point or faster; the problem is the binoculars guy turns around; if you take my meaning your video shows the slow end of what's needed at that point (not that you're slow but any slower and it doesn't work) - or wait as you suggest but I suspect people míght get frustrated and not do the waiting then think your guide doesn't work. The second difficult point was injecting Rose, you mention taking time but that was a problem for me, I had maybe half a second leeway between a hacker walking through (early) or someone outside or upstairs turning round (late) to get Rose through the basement door.
Did it without getting into the house.
Used the poison vial to spoil Penelope's water, then, Dropped the Hay on Sean, when he comes in to speak to Maya. Lured Maya into the area where there is a generator, where she comes to speak to a mechanic. Before this, I subdued all guards in said area. Then did the same you did for Ezra. Nice video.

I noticed at 6:05 that if you shoot with the krugermeier the guard won’t notice the shot and you won’t have to crouch and circle around him.
Man, that save really 'saved' my ass, I must of got caught 10 times trying to do the house kills. Thanks man.

This was the only mission I couldn’t silent assassin suit only. I genuinely tried for the better part of a day. Got frustrated. Gave up. Watched your tutorial and actually cheered when I did it 😂
I always watch each of these videos right after I finish the saso to grieve over how much time I could have saved.

Thanks! This got me 90% of the way there. I struggled at the last part, I couldn't get to Sean Rose in time, and after waiting 12 minutes for him to come around again, I just couldn't seem to get Sean Rose's body down the stairs without being seen.
What I did instead: took the coins in the dropoff (and took the briefcase for something to throw). Instead of going in the front door of the house, I went down the basement stairs and took out the soldier below. Picked up the syringe and then waited for Penelope to walk past the basement door, syringed her.
After they find her, and take her away, I placed one coin at the bottom of the stairs, opened the top door, flung a coin near the top to attract a hacker, once they're close, threw another near the middle to bring him down the stairs, then took them out with my flying briefcase. Did it again for the second hacker in the kitchen.
Shortly after, Sean Rose is going to leave the house, but he checks the clock first. Open the door, throw a coin near the top and he'll tell his bodyguard to go and check it out. Once the guard is near the top of the staircase, throw another coin near the middle, because Rose is nearer and his guard is out of sight, he'll come check on it himself.
I threw my briefcase at him and then snapped his neck. Easy. Worst case scenario, the guard comes to bottom and you take him out, then wait another rotation for Rose to come back around.
I've just played through this strategy today. It took me about two hours, even flicking back and forth between the game and this video. That said I would not have been able to complete this Silent Assassin Suit Only challenge without this guide. The hardest part for me was getting from the save point into the house. Before taking out the camera by the lawn mower you need to check the movements of the guard on the balcony, and before you take out Sean by the clock you need to check the movement of the guards at the top of the stairs.The dialogue isn't always the same. Thank you Mr Freeze for giving the most constructive advice for this game.
Ok, so I have a suggestion. I know it's too late now, but I want to say this anyway.
Before you come up with these on a new map, you play through the game a few times right? Also I'm assuming the first time you play through the map, it's more.. normal? Not focusing on the achievements but more on the story and the feel for the map. Could you upload those? I know they are a whole lot longer, but they have more of a "play through together" feel to them.
The problem with other "let's play" kind of videos from other famous streamers is that they either suck at the game so it's really frustrating to watch, or they're just too obnoxious. I would love to see a play through video from you.

First time seeing a video for a stage in Hitman. Colorado is not my favourite stage and I had a hard time to figure out how to do it properly. Thanks for the video and nice work. You go more straight forward that me, that help me a lot to see a simplified vision of the stage! Thank you!

I was having issues making it too the house before Sean Rose so I came up with another strategy using this video.
Gear:
Hidden Stash - West Bridge -- Silent Sniper
Gear -- Lockpick
Gear -- Lethal Syringe
Starting location:
West Bridge
From starting location with the sniper shoot the rope at 1:51 to kill Maya Pavati
Get to the gate, which can be seen at 5:41 in the video. Make sure you hug the truck that you start at and change cover behind the concrete half wall. Then wait till suspicion has died down. Once the "?" mark goes away run in front of the next truck and gain wait till the "?" mark has gone away.
From the gate continue with the video to get into the house. Once inside quickly make your way down stairs and take out the guard. Hide his body in the box by the door and put his gun in front of the door that heads outside. This will take care of the guard that follows Ezra Berg around.
Once you have placed the gun grab the syringe in the teddy bear and then tamper with the clock upstairs and hide in the box. From here kill Sean Rose as done in the video at 7:10. Once dead quickly drag his body down the stairs and hide it behind the stairs by the boiler. The guard will soon see the gun and bring it up the stairs.
Once the guard has gone up the steps take out Ezra Berg, but make sure you don't accidentally use the Syringe.
Then too kill off Penelope Graves just follow the video from 8:30.
Just gonna say I got really lucky that I did this when I did (when the Millitia Elite who scolds the Kane and Lynch soldiers would glitch and teleport to the roof)
Edit 2: My route was starting at west bridge, going to basement, grinding through all the guards, killing targets while in the house, sniping hay bale on Parvati.

Here's how I did it after people kept seeing Rose dead on the floor from upstairs right after the poisoning.
I used docsubs method of entry by shooting the camera twice, sending the two guards into alert mode and entered through the basement. Took care of the guard, hid him in the box in the corner and hid his weapon in the trash at the opposite corner next to the stairs. I waited until Rose was at the clock and his guard on the second floor, opened the cellar door, shot at the staircase (halfway point) and got Roses attention. I quickly went under the stairs, shot him in the head through a small opening in the handrails and returned to Freezes routine.
Man I was so nervous since the door didn't actually block the sight of the hackers the first time but when I did it on my final run one was actually out of the room and the other next to the wall so he couldn't see...

I did all the same exact as you showed. The only problem I had I didn't reached the house fast enough to enter it before Sean Rose do. But I did it fast enough to enter RIGHT after he is entering the house :D
So the only thing need to keep in mind that camera at the enter must be shot when the doors are closed or Sean will hear it and alert will trigger. Plus if to use The Krugermeier as many on the comments recommend and shoot far enough from the closest guard near lawn tractor he will not hear the shot. So after a few tries I just killed Sean Rose at the clock right after he entered the house cause he complains long enough about it anyway even if you didn't touched the clock and then I killed Penelope the same way you did.
Absolute legend. Also you can get the guard to come out in Hitman 1 first if you throw a coin in the left corner through the window then shoot the fuse box. Ezra will stay inside too.

You can kill graves the moment she steps into the house from behind and swiftly run down the stairs to the already open storm shelter

Great walk through! I had a tough time shooting out the camera on the front porch, without getting spotted, so I altered course a bit and went in through the basement instead. I took out graves, first, like you did from the basement, hid her body, then staged for taking out Rose. It was just easier, for me, that way, but I couldn't figure it out, without your help. Have never been killed sooooo often as in Colorado on my first play through of season 1...jeeez...replaying now the Legacy and very grateful for your videos :D
Just a side note if you can try and bring the Krugermeier 2-2 from Level 20 Mastery of the Bangkok Mission, if you shoot at the camera near the guard w the lawnmower he won’t hear a thing, saved me so much pain.

ended up going a couple of seconds out of sync with you at one point which ended up in the mission taking about 25 minutes, but the important thing is that I managed to do it. Cheers for the good guides!
Damn, that was tough. The precision of timing is key. So glad that’s done. If you’re having trouble, just be patient and it will eventually pan out. I must’ve tried at least 20 times before I nailed it. The satisfaction of getting it done is definitely worth the it though. All hail Freeze!

This still works, but some time markers are important.
Because you need to wait long on the first kill, getting to the 2nd one should already be fast.
To speed things up there, once the outside guard turns around, take him out and FIRST shut off the fuse box and THEN dump the guard.
Ezra should walk to the other wall just as the guard walks outside, kill esra, hide him and exit through the window.
You should exit just as the guard goes around the corner. Right in front of you, you can jump over the fence.
NOW the race begins.
At 4min 30 you have to sneak past the binoc guard, a couple seconds later he will turn around.
A krugermeier for the camera helps if you want to go through the basement.
The guard in the basement forces you to wait a bit if you are really fast.
Once he is down you quickly have to go upstairs, change the clock and get into the box. If you are too slow, Rose will spot you through the entrance door.
The moment to take rose out is critical, it depends on the hackers and the guard upstairs.
I used a fiber wire because it allows you to take rose out and immediately pull him into the basement!
As you now have time until 9min 05, you should open the door with rose NOW and check all the clues.
When the woman leaves you exit the basement door, inject her with the syringe from the basement and leave the mission as the exit is already prepared.

Heads up for Hokkaido. You can use the lift to exit the level. That enforcer by the lift spotted me. And I still got Silent Assassin. Lol
Hey Freeze I just discovered an easy route to getting SA/SO on Master difficulty in this stage. Start off at the west bridge entrance and bring along the ICA Electrocution Phone. First, take out the camera on the west bridge to distract the guards and then lock pick the gate and take out the camera on the west side of the house. I highly recommend pacifying the two guards outside the basement and the one in the basement. Take out Ezra Berg while inside the basement and lure Sean Rose into the basement and kill him there in order to access the blast shelter door. When you see Penelope Graves coming towards the house, leave phone near the clock or the basement door. She ALWAYS picks it up (I've tried this method numerous times and Graves always picks up the phone from the floor when she sees it) and from there, just shock her for an accident kill. As for Parvati, the haystack kill works the same as long as you time it right.
I still can't past that God darned guy who has the binoculars right before the save point. I am raging at that specific guy now
had problems with him too. When he is already walking towards you, you were to slow in the beginning.(There you just can wait until he is going back and the cycle begins again.) when he sees you, when you walk by, you were to loud. you can basically do the fast crouchwalk right until the opening, then walk left on the wall with the slow walk right until the tree, after the tree make sure to stay on the left side, this way no one saw me.. maybe it helps

Couple of tips on top of this.
1. Use the Krugermeier pistol if you have it. That way the guard out front of the house won’t hear you shoot the camera.
2. Take the tranq gun as well (in the storage location right by the start) I found Maya came out a few seconds later for me so I couldn’t get past the binoculars guard in time. If you shoot him with a tranq before he turns you can still get past and stay on time even if you aren’t quite up with Freeze.

Went through this guide, but had to change tactics completely by the time I got to the house. Thank you for giving us a rough idea, MrFreeze, I will finish this tough challenge....soon.
You carried me trough every single silent assasin suit only ever since sapienza
The lawnmower thing kept screwing me so I went down into the basement where you shot the camera before that and then followed the guide, it just takes longer but it’s worth it
For anyone having trouble getting in through the front of the house, if you alert the guards when shooting the camera at the side of the house before the locked gate (by missing a few shots for example) they all abandon that side of the house allowing you to easily stroll in through the basement.
In 5:44
Where mr.freeze shoots the camera.
You should miss one shot near the camera and then shoot the camera.
Then unlock the gate.
The two guards will either rush to the left or slowly move to the right.
When their back is turned just sneak into the basement.
And subdue the guy in the basement.
If you are late,Sean rose will be investigating the clock,he manhandles it and then turns 180 deg.its a short time frame you can use that time to poison him and drag his body to the basement .
Now for Penelope graves let her go to the right room and then when she is about to exit the house poison her when she pass by the basement you can leave her body there itself
If you are having a problem going fast enough after killing second target, and getting past the guard just before the gate near the recomanded save, consider taking on a mission Lethal Syringe, Lockpick, any gun, and finally in hidden stash put Kalmer 1- Tranquilizer. It did the trick for me. No mater how much i tried i couldn't get past that segment, but if you tranquilize the guard fast enough, you retain SA, and they dont look for you after the body is found. Also when getting into the house Krugmeier 2-2 makes the guards in front of front entrance not notice the shot most of the time, and they wont search for you, so you can just sneak past them.
I love this game... but this mission SERIOUSLY tested my relationship with it.
Legacy packs are a great addition to HITMAN 2, nice videos freeze, you probably won’t see this comment but I thought I should say anyway

The order and a few things I did differently
Such as when the woman goes past the door, i got her first and just left her there and then did the sean rose bit after
And you know at the start when you jump through the window, I shot the hay bale from there to kill the first one
But that aside, your guide helped me build a foundation to work with and I finished it

I ended up using a coin to get the last two targets down stairs, one lethal injection, the other a neck snap after a right hook to the jaw. Silent assassin indeed haha. MrFreeze you are like the Yoda to the hitman community. Absolute legend
this mission frustrates me to no end
You can make it easier by hiding in the basement in order to kill the masked man, when you push the button, then you take care of the remaining 2 targets using the remote luring sound

Hi, for anyone struggling to get into the house with this method, I've found an easier way is through the basement, especially if Sean Rose has beaten you to the front door. At 5:40 after shooting the camera and lockpicking the gate run towards the house (around the fence with the blue tarp, careful for the hacker walking out the back door) hide in the corner between the house and the stairwell. Once the two guards turn back around leap over the railing to the basement door below. And you're in.

Gave this missions SA/SO 5 minutes of thought before thinking "ill just let mrfreeze guide me on this one". Usually I try to figure these out myself.
Few small QOL change to this, the first camera isn't absolutely necessary to take out, just sticking to the right was enough for me to avoid it. When taking out the guard outside of the shed with Ezra, it was helpful to pick up his gun and drop it by the fuse box instead of by the window, this way there's not a chance of him copping a peek at you through the window.

I messed up the timing, but once in the house I was able to get them out of order with a little waiting in the box for Sean to loop around.
Anyone here now, i have important info:
The binocular guy at 5:18 has had his pattern changed in at some point. Multiple tests confirmed. My time was always almost the same as Freeze's time but that guy was at the exact opposite end of his cycle. Threw everything off and Rose is already inside and looking at the door when you make it to the front. I had to improvise a little.
What I ended up doing was entering the house through the basement, pacifying the guy on my way through. Let Rose go upstairs and take out Graves first as shown. Wait for Rose to leave, sneak out of the basement and mess with the clock, then spend 3 minutes in a box waiting for him to come back. Not difficult, just irritating...and cramped.
Plus, honestly, it was more consistent for me to go in through the basement than try to juke the other guy on the lawnmower.

Great guide although I couldn't get past the camera at the front door after what felt like an hour of reloads so I took the slower option by going through the basement (you should have the key from Berg) I found that route more time consuming but so, so so much easier just mentioning for this for anyone else struggling like I did

Haven't done this one on Master yet. Had to come up with a whole new approach on professional, since the fire extinguisher under the table no longer kills that one guy. (I forget their names.)I wound up taking out the first target with the hay bale, then made my way around and into the basement via the outside door. Took out the guard in there, then the masked guy when he came in to interrogate the prisoner. Took down the last 2 pretty much the same way you did here, only with a silenced pistol. (I dumped her body in the box by the door. Super tight timing, but it worked.)
