Bad boy is my favorite song ever, its a masterpiece honestly. I've been a fan of BigBang since 2010 they're unique and their songs u can hear them for a lifetime. The only other group that I stanned other than them was Treasure.

I came to the conclusion that when they appeared, they were nothing like other kpop idols: they didn't look or act like the ideal men Korean society was expecting them to be. Once you stripped them from all the cool clothes, they were just human, people who you could walk by on the street and maybe think to yourself: these guys look charismatic. They showed their humor, and their raw personalities and managed to establish themselves as icons. I'm sad that their reputation and career were tainted by what happened, that whole situation left me drained, I even left the kpop community for over a year because I was so affected by the situation, and also multiple other members of groups I love leaving. Now I feel like I matured enough to learn how not to be influenced by this industry and to enjoy its positive aspects. So if there are any new kpop fans lurking in the comments, one piece of advice I can give you: try to not let the negativity of this industry affect you. Stay for the great music, excellent talent, and fun content, but don't dwell on the dark-side too much. Acknowledging those parts is enough, focus on the positives in order to look after yourself. (Sorry for the random life lesson at the end, i feel like some younger fans might need to hear this)
Yep totally agree, stays for good music not for the industries, by doing that we have so much freedom and not restricted by fandom "rules". GD himself said that after all it's just a music and we can listen to any good music we want.
Me as YG stan since BB era, when whole those bad things happened like one by one, & realized YG will not be the same, really affected me. But I know things will get better, it just take time. For me, I just ignore all news, comments etc. Coz those things I realize, the one that really make me feel worse. i believe zutter's tittle is actually based on the lyric 쩔어 (jjeoreo) which means dope or awesome, and because this guys are geniuses and trendsetters, instead of making the english translation of the tittle as "dope", coz that'll be boring, they made it "zutter" which is actually can be the way of pronouncing or the sound that you will produce when you say jjeoreo, just like what u said, there is no z's in korean language so they pronounce it as j. and as for gd's line about balls, just like what many have commented, 공 (gong) is ball/zero in korean, so basically, gd is telling us that he is rich-rich and he have so many zero's on his bank account.

Zutter is from the MADE album which had the concept of Made Men (gangsters who have proved themselves and are set for life) since BB have always been the atypical group/bad boys/boundary pushers who have been scrutinized harder for any scandal they can be accused of yet still have so many loyal fans. GD will often use double or triple meanings in the lyrics, especially in Korean since he will often use Korean idioms or a play on idioms. "Bad Boy" was the first comeback I had with BigBang ten years ago (I'm only 25, but I feel so old saying that.) and to this day is still one of my favorite songs of all time. The live performance of the song at their 'Made in Seoul' 2016 concert is also so freaking amazing.

You’ll be amazed by BIGBANG’s live performances. If their mvs and songs are already sounding real good, much more their live perfs. They also tour with a live band, their music is live and they’re singing live and performing live. Sometimes, esp for idol groups where live perfs don’t live up to the hype of the recorded songs but with BIGBANG that’s a different story. VIPs rather watch their live performances than music videos to be honest. They listen to the live albums sometimes more than the studio records. BIGBANG doesn’t need massive, perfect choreography. Their presence alone is outrageous. Their adlibs are insane. lol. T.O.P can even just stand or walk & the audience will be madly smitten. They’re soooo funny and real too. THEY NEVER GIVE A FUCK. They put out music and it’s up to you to listen or not. But the more you listen, the more you’ll appreciate the variety of genres they put out. The melodies of their songs will stick with you that you’ll hum it even if you cant sing it. 😅

Taeyang and GD were supposed to debut as a hiphop duo before YG changed his mind and decided to form the group that we now know as Bigbang (they also had a survival programme). They have known each other and trained together since they were about 11 or 12. Anyway, Good girl gave me an idea of what they might have sounded like have they debuted as a duo.

What I like about YGE's Artist is that they don't conformed with what is everybody's doing back then. When everyone's doing a box MV's, most of their MV are done outside. When almost all idols doing same outfit, they have individual colors and style so it's easy to recognized them. That's why it was easy for me to recognized who's who in Bigbang, 2NE1, Winner, iKon, and Blackpink. Even with hairstyle, they are trend setter. I still remember when everybody was awed on GD's hairstyle in Fantastic Baby. Same with Sandara Park's (2NE1) hairstyle in I Love You MV. Even my friend copied Dara's hairstyle. If you watched fanboys of BB or even those who doesn't stan them, they say they become a fan because of their styles. A lot says they copied Taeyang's hair or GD's and mannerism.

i believe zutter's tittle is actually based on the lyric 쩔어 (jjeoreo) which means dope or awesome, and because this guys are geniuses and trendsetters, instead of making the english translation of the tittle as "dope", coz that'll be boring, they made it "zutter" which is actually can be the way of pronouncing or the sound that you will produce when you say jjeoreo, just like what u said, there is no z's in korean language so they pronounce it as j. and as for gd's line about balls, just like what many have commented, 공 (gong) is ball/zero in korean, so basically, gd is telling us that he is rich-rich and he have so many zero's on his bank account.

Zutter is from the MADE album which had the concept of Made Men (gangsters who have proved themselves and are set for life) since BB have always been the atypical group/bad boys/boundary pushers who have been scrutinized harder for any scandal they can be accused of yet still have so many loyal fans.
GD will often use double or triple meanings in the lyrics, especially in Korean since he will often use Korean idioms or a play on idioms. His hair in Good Boy I think was actually made from stuff like glow sticks.

"Bad Boy" was the first comeback I had with BigBang ten years ago (I'm only 25, but I feel so old saying that.) and to this day is still one of my favorite songs of all time. The live performance of the song at their 'Made in Seoul' 2016 concert is also so freaking amazing.

You’ll be amazed by BIGBANG’s live performances. If their mvs and songs are already sounding real good, much more their live perfs. They also tour with a live band, their music is live and they’re singing live and performing live. Sometimes, esp for idol groups where live perfs don’t live up to the hype of the recorded songs but with BIGBANG that’s a different story. VIPs rather watch their live performances than music videos to be honest. They listen to the live albums sometimes more than the studio records. BIGBANG doesn’t need massive, perfect choreography. Their presence alone is outrageous. Their adlibs are insane. lol. T.O.P can even just stand or walk & the audience will be madly smitten. They’re soooo funny and real too. THEY NEVER GIVE A FUCK. They put out music and it’s up to you to listen or not. But the more you listen, the more you’ll appreciate the variety of genres they put out. The melodies of their songs will stick with you that you’ll hum it even if you cant sing it. 😅

Taeyang and GD were supposed to debut as a hiphop duo before YG changed his mind and decided to form the group that we now know as Bigbang (they also had a survival programme). They have known each other and trained together since they were about 11 or 12. Anyway, Good girl gave me an idea of what they might have sounded like have they debuted as a duo.

But that's exactly how it is. You never know where they're gonna take yoj cuz they don't follow the trends and they evolve their style all the time. That's why they're so interesting - other than the fact that they're incredible singers/rappers who are known to give the best K POP LIVE Performances (yea they sound even more epic live).
But the higher the achievement the more you're gonna get criticized, and the more their flaws are going to be used to distract people from bigger scandals (of the higher ups for instance).
The song BLUE came out after they got so much scrutiny and almost disbanded. This is their healing song. Loser and Still Life came out after many hardships as well, so you definitely got the vibe spot on. Thanks for the reaction! I really enjoyed it.

What I like about YGE's Artist is that they don't conformed with what is everybody's doing back then.
When everyone's doing a box MV's, most of their MV are done outside.
When almost all idols doing same outfit, they have individual colors and style so it's easy to recognized them. That's why it was easy for me to recognized who's who in Bigbang, 2NE1, Winner, iKon, and Blackpink.
Even with hairstyle, they are trend setter. I still remember when everybody was awed on GD's hairstyle in Fantastic Baby. Same with Sandara Park's (2NE1) hairstyle in I Love You MV. Even my friend copied Dara's hairstyle.
If you watched fanboys of BB or even those who doesn't stan them, they say they become a fan because of their styles. A lot says they copied Taeyang's hair or GD's and mannerism.

Been a fan since 2008! I love them. Was fortunate to attend MADE concert in New York. Was a great experience, although I don't recommend standing vip section. The fans there's are crazy and will push and pull to get to the front.

They're both from the Alive album which was Big Bang's comeback after a scandal-plagued 2011 when Daesung was accused of causing someone's death in a car accident and got to the point of nearly killing himself, and G-Dragon tested positive for marijuana which in South Korea is a major offense. The song "Fantastic Baby" was also from Alive and the music video makes more sense once you know about what had happened.
