    It is never too late. I am 58 and have changed careers 3 times. I am retired from the military, I was a federal agent for 12 years and then I switched to cybersecurity where I have worked for the last 14 years and earn almost $300K with work and teaching. 30 is just the first stage of your career.

    Life is transient. Do what make you happy. There will be mistakes lessons to learn..worth it. Never too late i did it!

    I'm 31 and getting into UI. I thin a team is good to have I know design and some code I want to build a app with TEAM we all pitch and create.
