How Stars Of ‘Botched’ Helped Woman Disfigured By Dog Attack | Megyn Kelly TODAY
4:10
Did Megyn Kelly just compare having that poor lady’s face disfigured by a dog attack to her having an acne break out? You never want to say you understand something unless you’ve lived that thing specifically. I would not console somebody that’s grieving over death of a child and say yeah I had a dog that passed away I know how you feel.
I think she was trying to say that she tries to hide her face when she have a pimple. So she understands her problem with her lip because it is so severe and wit her all the time. I see your thinking in other way "I don't understand your problem, I have sometimes acne and it isn't a big deal"
Anyway it is always difficult to show sympathy, empathy and comfort others with their problems.
When my dog passed away someone said they’d lost a child and know how I feel too … 🤬
No, she didn’t
Its unfortunate what happened with the dog attack but to me she still looks pretty in her before and after picture.
Elaine Anderson i saw this episode in full and the rectification work these doctors did was superb. Well done and happy for her.
Elaine Anderson cause they are gifted surgeons.
All I can say is WOW! This is such an improvement for her, great job doctor.
She's looking SOOO GOOD! Wow! They did a great job on the procedure! She looks awesome.
I was bit by a dog on my face in high school I have a scar through my eyebrow but I never realized it could have been sooo much worse. I never thought I could have really been deformed by a dog bite.
Haha, that little walk at the end was so cute! She's amazing. I'm glad the doctors were able to help her.
I was bit on my leg by a pit bull it was horrific but this is far worse. She looks great now.
I can totally relate to her, I had a pimple this morning
Megyn did it again. Right out the gate talking to the Doc she misspeaks and says "Fat". Just as she was thinking. Awkward.
...I have no idea what you're getting at. I really don't know much about Megyn Kelly, but misspeaking is normal. I'm doing my PhD in linguistics, which sometimes involves reading HOURS of transcripts of people speaking. Trust me - you don't speak perfectly either. Nobody does. And slips of the tongue aren't all secretly revealing of your internal dialogue, they're often just slips of the tongue.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Actually she didn't say "fat". She said "Fa" right before saying "Facial Doctor ". And since the scientific prefix fascia is pronounced with FA, some people think it's called Fascial Doctors. So that makes sense why she almost said it that way before correcting herself to the correct way Facial Doctor.
so glad she is gone she's not a good host
That girl has a tremendous personality and presence. That’s more important to me than just looks. In fact, that presence and personality is a TRULY beautiful thing. I,d take that over physically attractive any day of the week. Physically attractive is only a small part of what makes relationships work. A very small part.❤️🙂
Stories like his have given me a legitimate fear of dogs
That's a good doctor
My ex got bit in the lip by a friend's dog. He has scars that make it look like he has a permanent fat lip on one side.
I got my lip ripped off by dog i ca n soo relate..
A light lip tattoo may help too
He did a very good job I see a huge difference
They should put some fillers in the non deformed side so even it out a little
Kat K she might still have to wait a few years for that. Her skin tissue on the mouth area gotta adjust to the new shape. If they’d would have put fillers right away she might not have healed properly and end up looking worse.
On the show, the doctors are normally seem to try and space certain procedures out. It can take months or yeas for real healing to take place.
I don’t think so
These doctors hands are blessed.🙏
I love watching Botched
OMG I was totally going to joke about her not eating any more hamburgers then I thought no no that's mean. LMAO and then he says she just wanted to eat a hamburger again 😆 😆
this is so cool
She looks great. ! Great Job Doctors ♥️
me too! lhasa apso for me... and i was SO. ANGRY. for about a year afterward. definitely affected how i saw myself. props to this woman - she is beautiful and has such a great energy!!
The smaller dogs are the most aggressive
Only in times like these will people admit that appearance is what you see first. When that is common sense. Sad world
Skatejock21 Look up what women--and men--have done throughout history to be considered attractive in different eras. People being obsessed with appearance is nothing new.
For Real Megan Kelly is the worst!
Yeah, Megan sucked. I got bit in the face by a chow when I was 3, in my 40's now & I still have minor scarring near the side of my mouth down toward my chin. I have to point it out to people if we're talking about dog bite stories, nobody ever sees it, but I still do. I don't remember it happening, thankfully.
I hate that this happened I'm glad they fixed it as best as possible they couldn't and looks really great I am surprised I didn't hear about it in the news when it happened I'm assuming it's because it's not a pitbull
Annnnnnd THATS why I don’t like dog s
she looks a lot better.
Megyn talks way too fast.
I just hate dogs period!!! Sorry but that’s why I don’t own one... I’m never next to one... if I see one😟 I get away asap!!!! Thank god for this surgeons
Woof woof 😆😆😆
this is why i don't like dogs, they smell bad too, cats are better.
🖕🏼
Dogs and cats at home NO NO NO!
Hey! It depends on what kind of dog you have and how you treat them. I have two and they are the sweetest little animals. They would only attack if they feel threatened, but I keep them inside or on a leash outside. I don’t allow strangers around them. That dog could have been an abused dog, or maybe a very anxious dog. Who knows? The owner should be aware of what kind of animal she has and take her precautions.
Bet she won't give anyone any lip anymore.....
Nice 😒👍🏼
Too soon
I bet it was a pit bull attack.
Artoria Pendragon research, being a professional breeder, DNA testing, and knowing what the breed is about is not stereotyping...thanks.
I bet it wasn't, or she probably wouldn't still be alive, would have been much worse
Top five dogs to attack are all smaller dogs. Try again.
@@MissouriCrookedBarnHomestead shut up lol u know nothing hahaha..pls stop acting like you are so smart. U look dumb doing it.
@@steph8703 small dogs can not do nearly as much damage as pit bulls. I was mauled by one.
