Georges St. Pierre is well known as the undisputed G-O-A-T of combat sports, UFC record holder for most wins in title bouts, and all-time best pound-for-pound MMA fighter in the history of the world. Georges St-Pierre has made his arrival into Hollywood permanent, reprising his original breakout role as “Batroc the Leaper” in Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier, for the long-awaited “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” TV miniseries, which premiered its series last Friday to record viewership.
Admiringly called “The Rush” by fans and friends, the obvious parallel to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s career path is hard to ignore. From being bullied in schoolyards and working any odd job to make ends meet, the once-nightclub bouncer and garbage collection man went on reign the octagon for nearly a decade before ultimately vacating his middleweight title and retiring from the sport in 2019 due to an ulcerative colitis diagnosis. His Georges St-Pierre Foundation also works to help youth stop bullying and promote physical activity in schools.
As a kid, I struggled a lot with self-confidence, so in our interview, I related to Georges on several levels as he talked about being bullied and recovering from it. He’s an amazing person, and you’ll learn so much about how you can become a greater, more authentic version of yourself after listening!
Join me on Episode 1,129 to learn how to kill your ego, transform your health, and build self-confidence with Georges St. Pierre!
