BRUSSELS AIRLINES BUSINESS CLASS ISN’T WHAT I EXPECTED

- Hey guys! I'm back with a new video today flying Business class with Brussels Airlines from Brussels to Gran Canaria. I flew on Business class naive of the service I was going to be offered. I was completely wrong and no food was given unlike shown in other of my trip reports with these airlines. But I hope you enjoy this video and please like, subscribe and share with your friends.
I see what happened here. You flew in from FIH in Businessclass. But on a flight to LPA we do not offer business class, so you were travelling in Flex&Fast. As you bought a business class roundtrip FIH-BRU-LPA you only got the business service on your FIH-BRU flight, and in BRU you got acces to the lounge, but unfortunately no meal on board as you were in the Flex section which is a Buy-on-board class :) Hopefully this cleared up some things :) Kind regards!!

I don’t see your problem. A safe flight, nice cabin crew. Please elaborate on your dislikes, which you may truly have, for sure. Maybe then the airline can improve on it.
The problem was that I paid for a product that wasn’t present which was the on-board catering. That’s what got me mad
As you can see in my other videos (also in business) I received a complimentary lunch, in this case that didn’t happen.

If you go to western Africa, Brussels Airlines is number one.
The 2 'worst ' points in my opinion, are the average food, and the in flight entertainment.

"I would simply had flown Ryanair premium seats". Shows how much you know about other airlines. Ryanair doesn't have premium seats. If your gonna buy Brussels Airlines Business class, pay for it on a long haul route because as you have shown its not worth it on their narrow body jets. As from my own experience on their wide-body long haul business class routes they do have a very good service offered on those routes.
Why did you think it was a good idea to do a short haul flight in “business” class?

Ya Boy for example, previously, everyone who flew business class got a free meal. Now, they got rid of that and there is no lounge access nor on board catering. That is what I do not understand. Hope you understand my comments and consider subscribing to the channel 😃😊
I’m not sure if you purchased a business class ticket. I believe you travelled in Flex&Fast (economy flex) which doesn’t include meals/snacks/drinks. It’s a buy on board concept for guests travelling in economy. Bizz&Class (Business Class) guests are served a complimentary meal/snack + drinks and on top of that, guests can choose anything they’d like from the In-flight BOB Menu for free.
Yeah it can maybe be that but I had bought a full fare business class as I had a connecting flight FIH-BRU-LPA all business class and I didn’t get anything. Thank you very much for your comment and I’ll try to investigate again what happened in this flight! 😊
I don't see your point, Brussels Airlines is a nice airline, btw you need to improve your filming skills and give more objective reviews, don't forget that behind your so called skeptical review there are people giving their every day best to keep their jobs!! @Brussels Airlines, you did a great job! We Belgians don’t care about special drinks food we only care for beer and fries am from Belgium and I need to go to the bank to go to Brussels airlines tomorrow on business class to New York
It is maybe better to change the title to economy+ because on short flights there is no business class at Brussels Airlines. You have like different options in economy class, and you took the business model I supose, but that is not near business class. It is just that you will have extra leg room, you sit in the front of the plane, acces to the lounge, etc. If you would take a flight to Africa, you would see what the real business class of Brussels Airlines is. I hope this cleared something out.

My sister is cabin crew on Swiss air so I always fly business class it is perfect and u even have buttons to control the seat which turns into a bed and even massage so don’t be disrespectful please

It was from November 2019 to be precise. I hope that they upgraded it as I’m flying on the A320 on the 4th of February

It said in my ticket business class. The first 6 rows were business class. However, Brussels airlines have decided that business class will be just access to lounge and extra legroom in European flights
