That’s not even business class it’s economic class and if u go to real business class it more luxurious

My sister is cabin crew on Swiss air so I always fly business class it is perfect and u even have buttons to control the seat which turns into a bed and even massage so don’t be disrespectful please Love from Switzerland 🇨🇭

It is maybe better to change the title to economy+ because on short flights there is no business class at Brussels Airlines. You have like different options in economy class, and you took the business model I supose, but that is not near business class. It is just that you will have extra leg room, you sit in the front of the plane, acces to the lounge, etc. If you would take a flight to Africa, you would see what the real business class of Brussels Airlines is. I hope this cleared something out.

Iberia es mejor

As a Switzerland resident, our public transport isn't perfect, but it's certainly much better compared to most of the world. It's considered a model for other countries alongside Japan. There are delays quite often, but you were just very unlucky. Hopefully next time luck is on your side 😉

Brussels Airlines is one of the worst airlines in Europe. The planes are extremely old, usually bought second hand from Turkish Airlines, sometimes you can even see instructions in the cabin in Turkish. Furthermore their IT system is a disaster, continuous issues checking in etc. And as all European airlines, they don’t have real business class. No business seats. Food is rather industrial as well.

If you go to western Africa, Brussels Airlines is number one. The 2 'worst ' points in my opinion, are the average food, and the in flight entertainment. Staff is very friendly 🙂
