I love how Matt teaches and then gives his kids and crew hands on lessons with no snark. That’s goals right there! Loved the old time rescue feel too!
Look at all 3 happy dogs running together! warms my heart.
It is especially good to see Kaulin out driving the Wrecker. I hope his legs have healed completely. Rhett seems like he could go out on a recovery by himself and get the job done. Amazing family, banter, scenery and recoveries!
Good to see max getting out and running..🐾
I continue to be amazed as to the capabilities of the wrecker.
Thanks for taking us along, beautiful countryside and a great family to follow.
Man, you know what would be cool??? A rotator type boom on that truck!! Practical...probably not but awesome just the same. Love the channel!!
Ed's weather forecasts are the best. (Fº) They provide perfect clarity on the situation. (Cº) It's gonna be a nice sunny day with a little wind.
Letting the boys take the reins of the wrecker must have been gut wrenching yet a proud father moment at the same time❤❤
Also, gotta give props where they're due: Colin exhibited some *nice* ascent control at 6:52 despite having some freeweight hanging off the back! I imagine some of that has to do with the crawl gears, but it looks smooth enough to feel like he was using both feet for pedal control.
Great seeing Kaulin and Rhett driving the wrecker. And also good to see the three dogs out running and having fun leading the wrecker to the customer. Good stuff, as always.
Matt, a year ago I ran across a cat (and yes, it’s a black & white cat), who needed rescue. He’d been dumped. Beautiful animal, healthy, about three years old. Seeing you bonding with Peanut, as you do with Max and Lady as well, warms my heart. The funny thing about rescued animals/pets, is that they often become the rescuer. They bring more into our lives, than we bring into theirs.
Thanks for being so kind to lost animals.
That wrecker is one of the most amazing vehicles I've ever seen. It just walks up over those rocks and obstacles . Thank you Matt & team for letting us walk/ride along with y'all on your adventures.👍😎🇺🇸Great work Kaulin.
🎄 Merry Christmas 🎄🎉🎁🎊
LOVE seeing the dogs out, running about. Spoon tongues out, doing what dogs do. If I ever get there, no food treats. Neck scruffles only. Love those dogs, Paul's dog, and all the shop cats. Derek's too, and the Junkyard crew.
I'm glad to see Lady and Max running again, haven't seen them in a while!
Frankanana is looking GOOD! Kaulin is looking good too. So happy he's doing well after his surgery. Best wishes to everyone at MORR, especially Ed. 🤠
I genuinely look forward to uploads and up to matt, he wants nothing but the best and smiles from everyone around him, cheers to his children for wanting to follow the footsteps, you don’t see that often anymore
Rhett is entertaining and amusing..Kaulin is fun too. Cool to see them learn and try new things!
Seeing the boys stepping in and taking the lead on stuff, with a watchful eye and some excellent directions from Dad. It gives me hope that god forbid something happens, the family business and the people will be ok.
Glad to see Kaulin and Rhett getting some seat time. Both have shown their good control and driving skills in the past, so driving the wrecker was inevitable. Kaulin did a great job with the Razr, especially considering he'd never wheeled the wrecker before. Of course it helped that had had a good spotter/coach. And the size of the wrecker kinda dwarfs Rhett, but he drives it like a boss. 👍🏼
Matt, i’ve been enjoying your CZcams channels and what you’ve shared with us for a very long time. I don’t blame you at all for wanting to protect your family. In fact, I respect you even more for it. Thank you for everything you’ve been sharing with us over the years.
Matt is awesome at letting people learn. Really good teacher too. Great seeing kaulin and Wrett driving the Wrecker.
This feels a bit like in the early days. Some razor recovery, music & road, grateful people and splendid nature. I love it 👍🏻
Yeah, they don't seem like trumpers, so that's a great thing!!!
@@UberLummox holy crap shut up already not everything has to do with politics
Matt, or editor or whoever if you read this probably don't make all the videos like this one, but try to have at least one video like this every other week.
@@the_undead Matt, or editor or whoever, make the videos however you see fit. It is your channel after all, thanks for sharing!
@@UberLummox Wow this CZcamsr that makes nonpolitical content isn't political and doesn't promote politics, They must be anti-whatever I don't like.
Now I Gotta Green Encyclopedia Real for you so you can learn a little Morr (:
I like seeing the kids working as part of the crew. Collin looks like he's getting around better.
That biggest off road wrecker is so awesome since Matt fixed the earlier issues that it had. It's very capable on these rock crawling recovery's. Rhett and Kawlin both have got to drive the wrecker now and are very impressed with its capabilities. Good job and the cement is poured for the new shop!
The WLOR Wrecker was Purpose built from the ground up and therefore it can handle almost any recovery. Two recoveries and a great video recording them. Doesn't get much better than that. Hi Ed!!
Having your boys help (and featuring them) is a great move. M and J have such polite kids, it's great to see them taking on a more prominent role on the channel. I love seeing rescues, so I really enjoyed this content.
After living in utah 18 yrs I can say it's pretty much a utah thing very family oriented state
Matt & Jamie have a beautiful family., they are good hearted clear thinking folks......
@@jeremyhanna3852yes lots of Mormons, you never know who your true mom might be. 😂😅😂
@@theuglytruth8162 Says a lot about who you are. Wishing you the best!
Both of these recoveries went well. I'm sure your sons enjoyed driving the heavy wrecker. it does look like a fun one to drive.
Rhett seems like he'll turn out to be a natural when it comes to off road recovery! Both your sons are doing great in learning the trade!
You should be very proud of them both Matt! Thanks for the video!
Kaulin is an awesome driver. Very impressive. Love seeing the boys working and being part of the team.
Watching Rhett and Kaulin drive the wrecker seemed slightly odd at first but the skills seem good thus far.
Great recoveries.
That’s cool you let the dogs run. My Heeler will hold 27 mph chasing me around our ranch for at least 1 mile. But she’ll go all day at 5 -10 mph. 🍻🤙🏻
Awesome seeing the boys get some seat time! Take care and thanks for sharing
I love that you teach your boys along the way on each rescue!! They are growing up fast and are great young men! Great job y'all! Love your videos!
He has no choice all the smart people left.
@@theuglytruth8162 lol! Ugly! Man, we really missed you! Dang, why did you leave?
We really missed your jealous non stop trolling!
Still wondering what Matt did to hurt you!
Cheers dude, hope you continue to bless this channel with your support!
A spade is a spade...God Bless...
You don't need fenders on the off-road record, but you need to make little tables over each tire so Matt has someplace to put the winch controller. Instead of setting it on the tire and then running it over later.
That’s a good idea. And adding magnets to the controller so when he forgets it on there, it doesn’t fall off.
The wrecker definitely needs fenders in the mud...

I learned how to drive in soft sand in Warner Valley when my dad had me drive the old '80s suburban on a random trail.....I got stuck lol. I was 15. 38 now, pleased to see the boys (and jamie) learning all this.
Seeing your boys walking in you're footsteps I know Matt's Off-Road Recovery will long live on after you retire, thats if you retire! Nice recovery. Til next time, see you then. 😊
Great to see Ed out on a recovery again!
I realize the wrecker might not be most comfortable for him to get in/out/ride, temp controls. So the new Bronco is a good choice. Maybe have someone drive the G nugget when Ed goes along?
I still want to see a 1 ton, 2.5 ton rollback with tandem rear drive axles, 6wd. Side by sides to most SUVs. Possibly a rear sneaky lift? Repo style.
Rhett sure is growning up in front of our eyes. The brothers will be taking over MORR soon
I love see your boys more involved in the work and channel. I loved Rudy’s role and Collin and Rhett are coming along awesome! Awesome family entertainment
We anxiously await Wed/Fri/Sun mornings to get our MORR fix! Thanks for always keeping us entertained in a family friendly way; love that your boys are actively involved. So fun to watch!🤩
You rescue videos are the best in the west! I love the red rock scenery! Keep up the good work!
Love seeing Sand Hollow recoveries! Especially with the Wrecker! Man that thing is boss in the sand.
it's good to see all 3 dogs out on the trail together!😃
Interesting that Rhett is fully strapped into the seatbelt harness and Matt is not.
What a perfect episode! Getting his sons some seat time! With Ed! Dogs! Wheeling recoveries! Trail Repairs! Felt like an older epsd. Never stop doing what y'all do.
You guys should really make the “Worlds Best Off-road Rollback” for side by side’s and small vehicles👌 be insane to see something like that, that’s capable of everything.
I dont think a rollback would work well at all. They are to long and have a high COG
I love how much noise the wrecker makes. I feel like it would be creepy for it to be that big in that terrain and not be creaking and squeaking.
Good morning Matt I respect how you are transferring into an advisor role and letting your kids getting some seat time. They are the next generation and in my opinion they are learning from the best
Good to see the boys getting some seat time with the master!!!!!!!!!
The wrecker is such a beast! Rock crawling like that with a load! Really cool!
Irrespective of your country, and the side of the road on which you drive, left is always left and right is always right.
Lovely to see your handing control of your precious wrecker to the younger guys; it's a tribute to how you've trained them already that they are not overawed by the responsibility!
I love this channel and thankful to learn so much from it. Thanks guys for all of the hard work from everyone involved.
Always a good day when Kaulin and Rhett come along.
Peanut is so adorable! My dog loves watching.
✌️🐸💨
Matt and Jamie, you've got a great set of boys (and doggos). I've heard that the family that drives together, stays together. Congratulations.😀❤
Good morning MORR crew!!!!!
It is definitely gratifying when someone you like approves of your build.
Good Driving Kaulin!
I'm so jealous about you driving the wrecker!
Good to see the boys driving the wrecker and doing recoverys in it. Great video
I would love to see a step counter on peanut. She is an athlete!
The simple jobs, the tough jobs, all the stuff in the garage, future plans, family, friends, you guys are all amazing and I love watching everything!
Matt, Hefa and MORR family members!!! Love you guys! Great Work ✌🏻🫶🏻💛
Great to see Matt giving the two sons driving time. You don’t learn if you don’t drive it. Nice video 🤙😎
Good job Kaulin. It's good to see Ed out on a job.
Uncle Matt, what a great day at the job. would love to have an uncle like matt. Going to the office is breath taking.
I've got to say, I actually prefer the angles Matt swing while on the camera. More of the technical side, showing the tire deformation, the tight clearance going over ledges, and the emphasis on showing the angles these rigs are dealing with. Nevertheless I love yalls videos!
Hi guys I have been waiting your videos for a while now, always entertaining. When I first started watching, you didn’t take advantage of power winches much, and relied on tow ropes. I was glad to see that started using power winches. But what would be very helpful now is if you built an adjustable trailing arm for the back of the wrecker. It could be made to fit in the receiver hitch on the back of the wrecker so that it can be quickly installed/ removed when needed. Like in this video, you could have put the arm between the wrecker and the Razor bumper or tubular guard. It would have kept the razor more stable and keep the vehicle being towed from colliding with the back of the wrecker, or swaying out of control from side to side.. And That way nobody would have to ride in the vehicle being towed to apply the brakes in some situations. Just a thought. Keep up the good work.
they work on flat ground, not so much on all the off camber stuff when offroad and quickly snap break etc etc.
Nice to see Max out and about. I know he was grounded for a while due to his running off to chase rabbits n such
Always a good time watching MORR videos. I've missed them for the last few weeks.
This channel is my comfy teevee. Complete escapism. What if you got up every day and just went offroadin? And back to the shop and welded some stuff? Also dogs and pretty girls and heaps of junk food with no consequences? This show is the life me as an 80s kid I imagined I'd have when I grew up.
One of the fun things about builds is once you are happy with how it works letting other people have a go and see what they think about the build.
It's so good to see Ed back on a recovery!
nice to see some familiar faces Ed, Max and Lady🥰
Peanut needs a go pro camera to show us her view of the adventures.
Hey I was riding with these guys! Wanted to swing in and say hi the next morning but didn’t wanna creep on y’all.
The maze was a blast to ride the first time in my defender 6x6 and it was a joy getting to team up with these folks for that trail. They were amazing spotters.
The rudder is a tiny part of the ship but is able to steer the whole vessel.
The small side by side acts the same way.
I'm counting the days until the Off Road Games!!
I enjoy the scenery when you guys go out on recoveries, and watching the dogs run along. Have you gave it some thought to put a camera on Max, Lady or Peanut?
Great analysis of the failure of the track bar. Nice job fixing it
She is a beauty , watching her preform the way she was intended to. Even better with the young men behind the wheel honing up their off roading skills‼️
Something would be interesting if you can get it: tell us how these people got out of their situation to call you.
Sometimes it looks like they might have to hike a while or wait a long time out in the wilderness.
I guess, peanut is the best dog on youtube.
A great video as always. One small thing and I hope no one gets annoyed or upset with the following comment. Rhett needs to unlearn that habit of steering with the lower half of the wheel before the habit becomes entrenched. In the event of a swerve, with the traditional use of the upper half of the steering wheel, the weight of the hands and arms confers a self-correcting effect. When gripping on the lower half of the steering wheel, the weight of the hands and arms becomes additive. A swerve becomes amplified. Two self-energising over-corrections and you will swing broadside around across a paved road, dig the tyres into the verge and roll or a high vehicle will capsize on the spot. Power-assisted steering adds to the effect. Where there is a lot of lateral lurching over rough ground going on, a two-handed three o'clock-nine o'clock grip is probably the safest. Other viewers should slap me down if my comment is seen to be insolent and they have a better and safer solution. Just be gentle. I am old and arthritic.
Those dogs look like they are in total heaven running along with you guys!
Nice to see lady and max on the trail again. it’s been awhile.
It's great to see you giving your boys some seat time in the wrecker. They are good drivers.
I really think the short boom on the wrecker is making jobs like this morr difficult. Longer would give more buffer for rigs to swing. Your weight is much higher than most rigs you recover too so it might not effect your front tires weight on the ground/grip.
Paul did the tool bag first, yep it was a good idea! Yes? Got to love a off road tool bag for your rig. 😊
Matt, the way you teach your boys is simply amazing - you're willing to let them learn, not afraid of them hurting the equipment, you give them encouragement when it's appropriate, correction when needed. You probably have to have your shirts repaired daily - 'cause if I were you and those were my kids.....I'd be busting buttons!!!
I grew up on a farm, and my Dad taught us four boys the exact same way! (I was driving the Farmall 560 at 12 years old!!).
Thanks for the joy you bring, hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas!!
Me: “I wonder why he doesn’t say driver passenger.”
Matt: “people wonder why I don’t say driver passenger.”
Me: “oh.”
That wrecker is amazing. Congrat on building such a a useful vehicle.
That's cool thing Matt did taking family out for some 4x4 wheeling.😊
Id give anything to have an upbringing like Matt and Jamies kids got!😃❤️
Nice Video as usual! I've got one minor question: Have you ever considered building a manually extractable boom? Just so you can extend it by 2-3ft for example when needed. Shouldn't be to difficult to build but the gained flexibility could be worth the effort.
Seems like that would be a worthwhile addition for jeeps and larger vehicles. The current length works fine for side by sides which was the original intended use for the wrecker.
Two or three feet is a ton of leverage.
@@williepelzer384True, might need to extend the headach rack too to place that boom raising winch higher
Love your content
You've probably considered it but i would mount boat bumpers on the boom just in case the load swung into the back of the wrecker. Love your work. I look forward to every episode and i wanna haul my RV 20 hours just to visit your area and hopefully catch one of your events.
1:31 Fantastic shot of the wrecker!
😂😂 AT *scientific kick measurement*. Well played editors, well played.
Noticed that you have restarted unfolding the shirts when giving them to the customers. 👍👍 It's nice to see their reactions again when they see what is on your shirts. Thanks for listening to your viewers! Love your content, and all of your personalities. Even the personalities of your customers, are pretty great most of the time. Great Job guys!
It was great to see the forms up and the new buildings slab foundation poured. I enjoy seeing the reinvestment in the business for future growth.
Seeing both "boys" drive the wrecker made mw smile big
