  • This is how Cambodian traditionally cook and bundle rice noodles for national noodle soup called Nom Bonjop. We prep this way for generations. 🍜

    These noodles are cooked for Cambodian Nom Banh Chok. Not water logging the noodles at all. 😉

    The c in vermicelli is pronounced ch so you must pronounce it vermichelli but not vermiselli

    You are water logging them, they will be yucky like this. No need to rinse in cold water.

      These noodles are very thin. Rinsing in cold water stops it from being overcooked.

    Wrong , your supposed to let it just sit in hot water for 15 minutes. Boil water , turn off heat, add noodle, let’s sit 15 minutes.
