Their tenders are the best. Good seasoning in their batter for the tenders. Prob msg and Cajun seasoning. I suspect garlic, pepper, paprika, and other Cajun beauties.
Most closed near me, in sub shops. I now have to drive an hour to get it. But worth it. Also amazing honey butter drenched biscuits. KFC seasoning is actually a modified curry with msg, and Popeyes is amazing, but no seasoning added to the flour, but instead brined, at least for the tenders.
