We are getting so close to Essen Spiel, and we cannot wait to travel to Germany to find new awesome games to cover on the channel.
As always, we have way too many games on our list (around 120), and today, we are telling you about our top 10 anticiapted games.
Games we really want to play, and that we really hope are amazing!
We hope you'll enjoy the video, and that it might help you find at least one game to check out.

Oh, how exciting that you will be at Essen. I'm going to be there Thurs-Saturday. Maybe we will bump into each other if you pop but the EGG booth? 🤔😊 We share 4 games on our wishlist for Essen - Nucleum, Amristar, Evacuation and Planta Nubo. I've already played Nucleum and really enjoyed it a lot. It, along with Amristar, Planta Nubo and a couple others I pre-ordered to pick up at Essen.
It’s our 5th time, and I’m excited as ever! Cannot wait to wander the halls, eat currywurst and play board games with amazing people! 🤩

Yes it would be interesting to see your top 10 anticipated lists from a few years back (maybe not too far back) and see what happened to those games! You guys named quite a few of my most anticipated as well, can't wait to see more content on Amritsar because I'm very curious about that one. Also, to name a few: Pirates of Maracaibo, Ancient Knowledge, AcheoLogic, Comet, ART Project, Art Society, Havalandi and Jokkmokk the Winter market are all on my list.

Just played our first game of Nucleum today! Really enjoyed it. Will have content for it ready for Spiel as well :)
This is amazing. 8 out of 10 games are in my top 10 list. So now I am looking into those two too (Evenfall and Evacuation).

Rats of Wistar is likely inspired by the animated film The Secret of NIMH ( a classic from my childhood.)

A lot of games in common, and son many more... right in my mind are Djinn, at hall games/Pegasus games that really appeal to me, and in smaller games House of Cats that look like classical Roll and write with grouping numbers, taken from a pool of dice, with a lot of variability in unlockable powers, by William Attia (Caylus) and Kristian Amundsen Ostby (Santa Maria)... and I also tend to be sold by pedigree only...
And from Suchy, at the time it was release, I played League of six, that had some qualities but that I won't qualify as a game that I really like... but i live shipyard that has a réédition this year
Just played House of Cats last night. Light roll and write, but a very enjoyable puzzle. Djinn is also on our list, and one we are excited about!

Yes! Rats of Wistar is on my Essen list but who knows when it will come to the USA? Evacuation looks interesting. I passed on Woodcraft last year. Planta Nubo seems interesting too-I am very interested in your thoughts on this one!

Nucleum is great. There is a mechanism similar to Concordia too. I pitched it to someone as what you’d get if you asked Vital Lacerda to design Brass with a steampunk setting.

Expected to see Bruxelles 1893 Belle Epoque on the list.
It’s pretty high on the list, but as it didn’t feel like a «new» game (even with the new expansion) it didn’t end up on the top 10! :)
A few others I'm excited about: infiltrators, synergy and humanity. And after watching this I added Amritsar to the list.
I just hope I remember the secret sign if I see you guys. I'll look very silly if I do the wrong one. 🤔
I’ve looked at two of those, and they look interesting! Will try to pick up as many interesting games as we can fit in our luggage 🤩

Hope you’ll enjoy them! :D Spiel is great, but it’s also expensive, and even more so travelling from the US! You could buy lots of games for the same money :)

3. Rats of Wistar
4. White Castle
5. Revive Expansion
6. Bitoku Expansion
7. Ark Nova Expansion
8. Lost Ruins of Arnak Expansion
9. Cascadia Expansion

No Satori? It looks good, even though it doesn't seem to do anything new. I am also looking forward to Apiary and Ceres and, above all else, Shipyard 2nd edition.
Satori is high on the list as well, and is one we’ll absolutely will be picking up!
Apiary is in the same category.
We played the prototype of Ceres. Good game, but not one I need to play again!
Nucleum is quite cool, arborea not so I would say
