He's talking about punching like people do in regular brawling and in boxing and how it's easy to injure your own fist. Also that you can take out someone with a huge punch like that if you put enough force behind it, but with the correct punching technique you don't need that kind of huge strength. His Japanese sounds really good, must have spent a lot of time there.

    Hihi~
I didn't really understand all of the last part that Pettas said. Are we supposed to hold our fists tight or not? He said something about lightweights still being able to knock people down?
Btw, thanks for posting this video up :)

@enta3omry293 i think because they trained kick boxing.
nicholas pettas trained kyokushin karate so kick boxing guys dont use sanchin dachi.sanchin dachi is unique stance from gojuryu karate.even taekwondo guys dont know.

ohh he is talking Japanese very well ..he is talks easily and much faster than the Japanese themselves...also why is he training punches (of course to improve speed and power) but they seem like they are moving their hands not punching real punches like in kata

@pomfrit93 Listen little Danish, Pettas is fine as person, but as a fighter is really sucks.
in my opinion Shihan Francisco Filho and Sensei Glaube Feitosa are they best!
