Why would CZcams know that I need to search for arnis basic strikes!? your video popped out in my recomendation, I needed to know the basic strikes of arnis b'cause we'll be doing the activity this week😅 Any way thanks it helped a lot nice vid
I'm not sure if I can speak for all systems...as some use similar or different terms...but for us, a doblete has two strikes while a redondo is one circular strike. Technically two redondos would make a doblete. ✌

In fact No. But learning some basic like this is very crucial, it can make you have a lot of muscle memory. The attacks movement will come by itself without even thinking. That's is the purposes. So you can do a random drills in real fight. Doesn't have to be a fancy drills movement, in fact some simple drills is really effective. In some cases, some people who can control their emotions and adrenaline can really remember the movements. Self control is important.
