10:09 Sonic Generations came out in 2011. It’s basically a port except the Shadow content is new
Generations came out in 2011 and its main drawpoint was having two gameplay styles; the high speed gameplay we had had since Unleashed, and bringing back the traditional 2-D gameplay with Classic Sonic from the Sega Genesis era.
As someone who beat the game I am an advent defender of death stranding that it might be one of the best games I ever played that alot of people are swayed away from because of the delivery aspect but the story is insane and incredible. I can not express how amazing this trailer for 2 is. And would always recomend to play the game all the way through. And if the second game is like the first, this trailer as confusing as it may be will all make sense by the time the credits roll
100% it is a phenomenal game I platinumed it and will be a defender of it 4ever

@@TimedRevolver play it give it time, it may go slow at first but once you see what the game is and what it has to offer it is stunning. this is the first game i played where i didn't skip cutscenes and was one of the first people to play it, it is phenomenal.
Yeah. A lot of people judged the game as if it was BAD simply because the gameplay isn’t what THEY wanted it to be.
Fully completed the game, logged either 118 or 180 hours in it and I don’t regret a second.

Yeah, if you guys check out Death Stranding, definitely get the Director's Cut upgrade. A bunch of new fun stuff was added, with some quality of life improvements.
And at least play the first 3 chapters. And don't spend too long in the first, introductory level. It's a great place to get used to the mechanics, but it can be easy to spend too much time there and then maybe the plot can start to drag. I didn't mind being there for longer than i needed too, tho. Cuz the gameplay was fun and i unlocked some extra accessories.
Facts, not enough people realized that the 1st couple of chapters (basically the 1st map), was just a tutorial phase of the game, and so they'd quit & give up... and totally miss out on the best parts of the game. 🙃 lol I always suggest that folks make it to the 2nd map, and at least finish up to chapter 3 for sure.
Tbh I’m kinda disappointed they didn’t give Shadow his guns back. Was it stupid that he ever used them in the first place? Yes, definitely yes. But that’s also what makes it extra funny.
I mean nowadays it would be a novelty for him to have guns, even if scifi esque ones

Sonic Shadow Generations looks so good. I know it kind of feels like a cheap gimmick, but the Shadow levels are wonderfully Remastered and look like a really fun time. I can't wait to try them.

Death Stranding gets too much hate. You guys need to play the 1st one. Just like Alan Wake. The game is an experience that might not be for streaming online, but playing through it alone with an open mind is highly recommended!
The development for stellar blade is from shift up this is their first console game
If you go back to play Death Stranding, I highly recommend upgrading to the Director's Cut. It made the game much more enjoyable, without having to change too much.
My fav Sonic game is getting a remake, HELL YES!! Why does Sonic & Shadow actually look so fucking good?! I was actually not expecting the ridiculously improved graphics, nor the new levels.

It all makes sense. They knew we wanted more Shadow, so not only did we get him in Prime, we now have new comtent with him as a focus.... and rather convenient it's coming out shortly before the Sonic 3 movie. It's GLORIOUS.
I actually squealed when I saw Final Rush and Radical Highway. I'm.... quietly hoping we might possibly maybe ever so slightly have a chance of seeing Mephiles again. I know chances are extremely slim but I can hope @.@

Am i getting Stella Blade for the clothing customization? YES! Do i have any shame in that? NO! For real though it gives me Nier vibes and I'm here for that. They had her in like 10 plus different outfits just for the trailer lol.
One thing I'll say about Death Stranding is that it's gameplay is a major turn off for a lot of people. I'd still recommend you see what the first game holds, as it's setting and storytelling are amazing. If you can't play it, watch the story on CZcams, it's fascinating
As someone that loves the game, agree. The game isn't for everyone but the story is interesting so if Ruff thought the story interesting enough from what he played then I would recommend a watch. The game is long, so if you are not into the gameplay it can be rather rough.
Yeah, you either love DS or you don't. I adore it and can play hours upon hours non-stop, but I understand that if it doesn't click with you, then it will be a chore to play.
It's atmosphere and characters are the best part
To be fair though... some people never made it past the 1st map (basically the "tutorial" phase of the game), so they never found out what the game was ACTUALLY like, and then based all of their opinions about it on those 1st couple of chapters. 🤦🏻♀️🙄 lol I mean, fair enough if folks don't want to play it, not everybody has to love it or whatever. But there were a LOT of haters who either didn't play past chapter 2 or... never even played it AT ALL, talking a bunch of sh*t about the game, and it's been annoying AF tbh.
Thankfully, many people stopped listening to those assholes, and have since tried the game out for themselves, and found that they absolutely loved it, and wished that they hadn't listened to all the naysayers, and had just played it from the very beginning. It's sold almost as many copies as Elden Ring, and is honestly beloved by the community now.
I cannot wait for this sequel to get here! I've played the 1st game several times, then got a PS5 & bought the Director's Cut, and played it a couple more. I just keep coming BACK to it, cuz the gameplay is so addicting & even relaxing at times! It's a fantastic, visually stunning, very unique gaming experience, to be sure.

I played the first Death Stranding game and even got the platinum for it, but i was just as confused as you all were when watching that trailer for the first time lmao
And about Ruff giving the first game a shot, it might be really slow at the beginning (first hour and a half) but the pace picks up once you reach a certain point. Be patient and don't try to rush it, that way you'll get the whole DS experience.

Guys, PLEASE play Death Stranding. If you don't like the gameplay just speedrun from cutscene to cutscene. Storywise this game is one of the best I have ever played if not THE BEST. Tho, gameplay wise it's still a strong 9/10 imo but I get why some people don't like it. As a Die-Hard(man) fan of the series I feel like the trailer is FIRE and very much Kojima-style.
Rise of the ronin will have difficulty options btw. Confirmed*.

Since you mentioned it, Legend of Dragoon is an amazing old PS1 game with surprisingly good graphics for its time. One of those long enough to have more than one disc.

I have a prediction for the FF7 Rebirth state of play. I think they’re gonna announce a demo for the game because there were rumors one was gonna be announced during this one but it makes more sense for it to be during the February 6th state of play.

I’ve never played Sonic Generations, but seeing the Sonic x Shadow Generations trailer has caught my attention, mainly the Shadow portion of it. Knowing that Black Doom, the villain from the Shadow the Hedgehog game and Biolizard, the boss from Sonic Adventure 2 will be present in this game has made me highly intrigued. I may add this new Sonic game to my collection.
SH2 looked kinda bad tbh. Presenting it through action and that soundtrack with the kinda janky animation just reaffirmed that this should have been a different studio.
If you're a fan of survival horror like you're saying then the original games are still around. For something like SH2's subject matter I would not have gone with the studio that made The Medium and its questionable conclusions about mental illness.
