Just use a bicycle high pressure hand pump. Some go to 300 psi. If you use cool or dry air you can't tell a difference. Air is 80% N2 and it is contained inside the bladder. And if the pressure goes up 5 psi because of the moisture turning to steam so what? The partial pressure of the water vapor is not significant unless you fill it with hot humid air. PV=nRT
Yes it would fursure need to be dry outside because water isn’t going cut it especially because it could possibly corrode the internals from prolonged standing water say if the truck sits for weeks at a time. Could be feasible. I’d be down to test it on my Tacoma’s rear shocks to really see.
