Changing the Fuel Sending unit on the 71 l DIY

Hey guys, thank you all for the great feedback on the channel.
In this video I will show you how I changed the Fuel sending unit on my 71 cutlass supreme. I wasn't getting the most accurate reading since I took possession of the vehicle. I hop e you enjoy the video. unfortunately i lost some footage & had to work with what was left.

Thankyou so much for posting this video i got to do this same job next on my 71 cutlas, my gas needle is pass the full not moveing , where did you fine those new bolts an insert that the bolts screw into ? My bolts that hold the gas tank look very rusty, im probably going to half to buy those too..
The inserts that the bolts screws into , what are they call when i go to the hardware store ?

They have kits online & even on Amazon. The hardware I found at auto zone. Although I will have to say that the bolt it came with was too short so I ran to my nearest hardware store & found a 4” to fit the thread & made it work.
Also be sure to clean the area where the ground connector goes, fuel sending unit I got from rock auto. W/out return
