  • Onto Challenge 4 on my 12 in 12 journey for epilepsy awareness! This time I took part in the UK event, Swimathon. This event took place across the UK at a number of open water swimming lakes, and I took part at #RGActive in Nottingham for the 2.5k distance.

Started on my epilepsy journey with tonic-clonic's literally from nowhere aged 42 or so, can't imagine sharing it like you are - crack on Annie, you'll smash it.

Thanks so much. I hope you are in control of your epilepsy now. It's very difficult having to cope with it later on in life... you just have to power on through.
