Pause, Breathe, Be Here Now is a 10-day meditation series with Ram Dass - alongside Sharon Salzberg, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Ramdev, Joseph Goldstein, John Lockley, Trudy Goodman and Lama Tsultrim Allione - to help you bring mindful awareness into your daily experience. You will let go of “getting somewhere” or “getting something” out of meditation, and instead learn to recognize the profound peace that comes with simply, softly being in the present moment.
In this meditation, you are invited to sit with what is - with the mind, the feelings, the body, and the sounds around you. Like leaves drifting down a river, let thoughts and sensations arise, exist, and move on without trying to alter or make sense of them. Simply, sit with and witness them as the conscious observer of your experience.

Primordial awareness. This is a very good, stripped down meditation.

Can you do a version of this without the music underneath?
💖💖🥰💖💖
Hey @Commune, can you share the music in this video? I find this ethereal type music very calming and I don't know how to search for it.
Hello, I may be able to help. Phi Tribe here on YT make absolutely amazing music which is therapeutic for the body, mind and soul. There are artists such as Eternell which create soft, ambient, relaxing tracks for meditation, though do not carry the magic of Phi balanced music. Namaste 🙏💜☯️
@@Shellz369 Sorry for the late reply, thank you :)
🤍🤍🤍
I also would like to hear this without the background sound track.
Is it possible to offer this meditation with his voice minus the background soundtrack?
You can actually use the music to meditate productively. By sitting with what is, including the music and sensations we don't want to feel, we achieve that equanimous space in consciousness we're all looking to be in.
Could this be added but without the music?
Why don't you take the music off yourself? Way easier 😊
@@Samej94 why waste your time commenting? Way easier.
No
All ram dass talks can be found at his website without music. Thank god for the people who take the time to ad music.
@@Quantum_Idealism you are not the person who created the video, so why are you commenting on something you cannot do. Idiot.
Nothing conceivable nothing perceivable.
I don't like the music overdub, either. It sounds like an ominous outtake from some creepy art film, during a scene just before a dead body is discover in the cellar. Terribly distracting and depressing.
What's with the weird soundtrack ? I would prefer his voice without a backing track. I found it too distracting.
I enjoyed the background. It drew me into the meditation
just be the witness
@@kellyrn6014 Same, I would listen to the music on it's own as well.
Let me know if you find this without music
@@justinrules1976 I think there is one on CZcams
