I seek advice. When standing on the precipice of letting go of one's own individuality to rejoin the universe. I become overwhelmed with fear and get yanked back to this reality. Fear of losing (not being able to find "myself) my individuality later. Or perhaps fear of the unknow. I am unsure of what the fear is of at times. Where do I go from here?

Suggestion for this channel. Put your thoughts AFTER the lecture, not before. That way ppl are far more likely to listen. As it is there is WAY too much preamble. Judging by the comments sections on this and many other videos on your channel, ppl do not want to hear from you. They want to hear Ram Dass. Sorry but I truly could not care less about your words and interpretations. Especially not 15 + minutes of Raghu Marcus droning on and on like in other videos. At least the fenale presenter spares us that.
