Am an common man not builders, watching this video for my own house construction, have few questions to builder 1. Are you providing any written warranty to customers about 15 years? 2. Customer have same opinion after 5-7 years of construction?(Mano real feedback and reviews for after usage will helpful), 3, Are you providing A grade materials? 4.What kind of support you providing after construction, 5. Are you able to share procurement cost of materials which you using? 6. What is the labor cost in Bangalore, how much you spent for labour, transport and machinery
Because of high professionalism and honesty, this builder does this wonder. He is not greedy. Let him grow and serve lot of needy people. God's blessings are there for him. I have a project of house of 2000 sft, but he may not come to TN. Mano should find out genuine people like Ashiq here in TN

@@mani-zm8zx still we are burying the old soil which is where the real healthy bacteria and microbes lie. In my house backyard, it's purely clay soil and surrounding new houses have raised the height by filling red sand to avoid flooding and there's 0 benefit of growing in that red soil or pot.

In chennai especially all builders costing 2300 per sqt only. Cant constructed atleast groundfloor. All are money mainded not quality sump no septic tank no weather course no but why they are charging 2300 sqft if G+1 2200 per sft chaging......
