Thank you for speaking words of wisdom. Currently in my first full-time job since graduating and i'm having thoughts of resigning due to creative differences and mismatched energies with the work environment/culture. Thank you algo for letting this video appear on my feed.

I'll be starting my first internship soon (currently a student) and I'm absolutely terrified. This video helped me alot and gave me some insights. But generally still fearful to find jobs and be full time working after I graduate.

I got into my current job (which I LOVE) through an internship that I didn't apply for - my original internship department decided they didn't need interns anymore so I got shuffled along to my current department.
Any students, prospective interns or current interns reading this, don't stress out over your internship but don't take it lightly. The management and juniors are constantly evaluating your work performance, attitude and fit for the culture.
At the same time, don't let anyone talk down to you or tolerate toxic behaviours. They need you for the grunt work as much as you need them.

Don't go to agencies and sign service agreement

... I been failing interviews that keep on asking when I choose their company instead of other, I been giving them my honest reply saying that I am applying mutliple jobs at the same time. But they dont seems to be satisfied with the answer. I know I want to have a job in engineering and tech. But they kept asking me about my career plan when I have not decided on it.

You can give your honest reply about applying to multiple job. But also make sure that you do your own due diligence on WHY you applied for the role in the company.
Is it for the company culture, the company product that you love using etc? All of these are valid reasons that is better than multiple job.
As for the career plan, just tell them you know you want to have a career in engineering and tech, but since it's so broad, right now you just want to have a foot in the door, and experience the industry first. Of course it's better if you know what you want, I mean who likes a wishy washy person, but you got to learn how to be honest while still being able to sugarcoat it.
      Hope this helps!

@kalmato5 Yeah, that is what I learnt from my first few real interviews. However, I feel like I am also in a catch 22 situation. They prefer people with more experience than I have. I am thinking to take up part time and then use the time to search for internship to gain the experience. I really don't have the financial support to play the game of interviews. I definitely need to change my strategy.
