Thank you!! Hmm, honestly the adjustment to being in the office for so long every day took a bit of time for me to get use to. I’d say give yourself a few months to settle into the rhythm of the new job and definitely make sure you’re still making time for the things you enjoy outside of work like friends, exercise, hobbies, etc. I currently play Pickleball 3 times a week and that is what keeps me from going insane after sitting all day😂
