I like Batman forever , I have a soft spot for Batman & Robin I know it’s bad but I saw it as a kid
"I know it's bad" no sir, you don't :D it's a great movie, it's fun, campy, colorful, silly, crazy and incredibly entertaining - the only reason you say you "know it's bad" is because of how many people always want batman films to be dark, depressing and devoid of color and fun. But who cares about them? Their opinion doesn't matter - your opinion is your own, you can enjoy something silly and fun without being encumbered by what others think about it :)

I'm so happy these films are on 4K. Popular films are far less exciting, because *obviously* the 89 Batman will get more releases in better formats.
Glad these weren't left behind.

I love Batman forever. Everyone hates it but I thought it was well done. I didn’t like Batman and robin but loved the ride at six flags great adventure. That was an awesome roller coaster.
I use to hate Batman Forever but it's grown on me over the years. I'm very much interested in the directors cut I've been hearing about.

And it was added to the Batman Forever soundtrack a year later.
Yep. That's how I discovered Seal and hes now one of my all-time fav artists
@Q Horton Mine, too. I think his deep cuts (Deep Water, Whirlpool, People Asking Why, Still Love Remains, etc.) are just as wonderful.

I just upgraded my old dvd releases to these 4 films (individually) the 4 film set is almost £70 but each individual were in the recent 2 for £24 at a local HMV so only paid £48

I can't believe I'm saying this but batman forever is the best live action batman film after my rewatch the other day its a lot of fun.
Just got forever in the mail yesterday and watched it. The quality was really good. You could see every pore on Jim Carrey’s face. Nice detail. I also got the original alien. Gonna watch that tonight.
I have a question. Why is the 4K HDR Movie the Prestige so damn expensive. I try to find it online and people are asking for outrageous prices I'm talking about in the $100 and over. Can you explain why if you know?

I prefer Batman and Robin to Batman Forever.
I was happy with all 4 on 4K
I don’t mind small grain but hate large grain. Like Jurassic park on regular blu Ray. I didn’t like that but the fine grain on the 4K version looks really good b
Both of these are terrible movies and both of them I'm incredibly nostalgic for. As a kid I enjoyed how weird they were and as an adult I get to enjoy how wonderfully schlocky they are.
Naw, Batman and Robin is a terrible movie, but Batman forever is legit good.
Batman Forever is no where near as good as Batman Returns and Batman 1989 I'm a die hard Batman Returns and Batman 89 fanboy and still pissed off to this day that we never got Tim Burton's 3 but Batman Forever is still decent for its own right its Batman & Robin 1997 that sucks balls. Its unfair that Forever always get lumped in with B&R

No it wasn't, it was written in 1987 and was released in 1994 from Seals second album then re-released in 1995 when it was in the movie
Phil Robinson you’re right. My bad. Although it didn’t become a hit until it was rereleased for the Batman Forever soundtrack.

Its a shame that the slipcover/case artwork has a white background, that looks very out of character for these 2 movies. They should have used the movie posters as covers. When I get these, I will print out my own case covers

Batman forever and robin best true batman films and people need 2 see the truth and alot of cool deleted scenes are they on the disc we are tired of hearing about the dark night fire fighter batman
I agree... these feel like comic book movies. The Dark Knight trilogy are like 3 hour long Law and Order episodes featuring Batman.
Finally, a reviewer who doesn't crap on Batman & Robin lol, I actually liked it. Adam West's Batman movie isn't the original btw, the 1943 serial is. I have that on DVD, and would be interesting to see that fixed up, and maybe in color.
I love the original movie serial. It's what inspired the producers to make the Adam West show.
Did they edit out the racism? That 1943 serial was a pretty egregious propaganda piece. The editor actually uses the term "shifty eyed j*ps" as I recall.

Cinematography is so bad in Batman Forever, filled with out of focus shots. Tim Burton's movies have just a couple only.
