@@vincentopponggyamfi6089 we call it free health care because u dont pay a dime regardless of ur health condition. most countries pay taxes but few countries benefit free medical treatment. America is an example of countries that pays high tax yet pays high medical bills.

@@Lee-zr4oi but there's no cash and carry system with the NHS unless it's private. Once you have your NI number, NHS number, you will be cared for. Unlike our own gh and other countries. I've never paid for any health treatment in this country (UK) we thank them.

Ireland is not part of the Schengen states hence she will need a visa to visit the Schengen states with her Ireland residence permit. Even though Ireland is among the European Union.
