I've had a vision! The physical body contains its own blueprint in one' s astral body. Meditation is stopping the verbal reconstruction of the samsaric experience of life - the conditioning of the personality from the negative world. When words cease, the astral self immediately returns to the astral realm, which is right here. This causes the experience of being one s blueprint bathing In the equilibriated 5th dimension. This causes a rearrangement of the scarred physical persona. It also rearranges the spine where memory of the compromises of love have become contractual knots to prevent Kundalini. These are dissolved by 'bathing' in the astral.

Meditation is about tuning into your heart ♥️ your love, your inner being, your source. No one loves us more than the soul or spirit within our body. We need to refuel everyday just like putting fuel in your car. Otherwise we feel depleted and low energy.
Balance yourself. Integrate and align with yourself. Build the light “muscle” within your self. To be empowered is to plug into your light. I have been practicing meditation regularly for 5 years. At first it’s not easy to relax and settle the chatter in the mind. It takes time and regular practice that you build gradually. So start with a couple of minutes a day for a week and then go up 2 minutes every week until you can meditate for 20 - 30 minutes. It can also be 15 minutes or an 1 hour. It’s what gives you the best result. We are all different. But be prepared for change within yourself because it will happen and it will change your life.
The secret is there are no secrets !
We are all yogi's and yogini's in our own lives .
Everything we do mindfully becomes a meditation 💎💎💎

I kept feeling like I wanted to take my meditation and yoga to the next level, to become more dedicated and serious about it. I started taking this manifestation journey seriously as well, thats when I found Eric. I made this leap when I was on my most recent vacation in Goa India. I spent my time alone, walking on the beaches, and I felt my spirit being energized and lifted. And I had tried meditation before, but could never stick to it, because my mind was so busy. Eventually, though it got easier to do, and now I sit for 20 minutes every morning and 15 minutes every evening with guided meditation from Sadhguru. I also listen to binary beats sometimes. Your spirit will guide you when its time to graduate to the next level. So listen to your intuition, your spirit!

@@freedomprayer007 i promise you that if you only set aside 5 minutes consistently it will get better. I am sitting for 45 to 86 minutes daily, depending on what kind of meditation I am doing. I have faith in you and your journey. And I also know that you will make time for what is important to you.

Its quite simple, mediate to come face to face with your true self soul.
I have to stay up all night and I have to use my phone and laptop but after what has been the most unbearable many years of endurance including last nights further provoked screaming throwing breaking crying praying rotting away etc and other unbearable happenings I chose to do this meditation at midnight this Monday morning ftom this broken home and despite my reality I still chose to fullu visualise and beleive in one of many goals I have set to achieve in the next 5 years, frankly something I should have already achieved years ago but I refuse to commit suicide, I refuse to act on the unwanted thoughts and tempts to self harm, I am refraining from coffee, I'm becoming a vegan, I have prayed and meditated, amongst other more practical efforts, unlike any other, and even though I'm still in this house, in this state, in this way, I am staying alive, about to habitually yet another to do list or wish list for the remainder of today, and despite being long term unemployed, ill, hideous, angry, lost, and despite failing to sit exams failing to submit assignments failing to meet deadlines nor extended ones, I am choosing to sit up and intensively start and continued academic study and job searching by 1am today. Wish me luck. Thank you.
I would love to see a full series for beginner, intermediate and master levels. It is near impossible to find someone who is a true practitioner who can teach you the true way and its not possible for me to travel anywhere to meet someone. I would be very thankful as would thousands of other people for such a series by this master.

The message here was about intention.
I’ve started meditating again over the past three weeks. My intentions now are different from when I was a teenager. My hubris has punished me over the years and my intent while meditating has become more tame.
Instead of meditating in hopes that I will gain super powers, I now meditate in hopes that I will be able to be a better human being and I notice that it has effected my meditation.
I don’t see ghosts or anything.
However I notice my understanding and ability to self reflect is becoming progressively better. It is both exciting and terrifying. I am afraid that as I am able to better identify and solve external issues, that I am understanding the nuanced issues in myself.
So beautifully said,just close your eyes and concentrate on the energy . Thanks yogiji, pranam.

How to meditate starts at 8:25 ish. But the title should be more, What is meditation. Because there's not a good explanation on How to meditate here. And through my several years of meditation I've found that there are lots of ways to meditate and there's not one kind that works for everyone.

Meditation is the original state, before birth. Everything in the physical universe is temporary spirit is eternal. To try is to fail, to judge is to fail. You’re already perfect. Return to your perfect state, repeat “I love me”. Love your inner self and radiate love.

I'm beginner of mediation and in my point of view it's the way of setting our own environment
Meditation is something that is difficult to get into at first because of our busy minds and lifestyles. But we have become the sickest species on the planet and that I feel is because we do not meditate like other species do. You can often see in nature animals just being. We have self aware and therefore the whole process is so much more powerful. There are many forms of meditation but it is getting to know you more is the key. Really searching deep inside of yourself and you will come to the same conclusions we all do who do this for a while. We are love. Thanks for sharing. Interesting video. :)

There are 112 meditation techniques as told by Lord Shiva.
Buddha successfully used just one of them and started a whole new religion of it.
It will take time and effort but end result is liberation or moksha which is worth it.

When we receive a frequency means we are in right path in meditation, once we received we feel sick a little like headache , sleepless , all your general question were answer by unknown sources... it's kinda spooky, soon your curiosity will lead to surrender yourself to that unknown sources /force/ energy you will experience yourself. Then you can feel the beauty of that energy will flow with a glow into your body.. that moment you know you are being purified , no earth material can satisfied human with the ultimate Joy. Slowly we can communicate with universe ,our higher intelligence open up for different dimensions....no wealth in earth can give us such experience 🙏🏼💞

I don't understand what I am doing wrong for the last 2years I can't meditate but still doing every day at least once. Nothing changes. But when I started my meditation journey it changed me completely in to better person, calm and happy. I had amazing experiences, of course it helped a lot cause I found master Eric videos. Now I'm doing same thing watching videos, meditate but I become more unhappy and irritated...

Real Meditation is feeling "The Presence", which is a deep Awareness of the Present moment. The ego is not there, when this occurs and feeling the Presence can occur while you are going about your daily business. Meditation should be done by everyone after their childhood is over, but unfortunately people come in search of medication only when their stress baggage gets full and thoughts go out of control and disturb sleep, Once you taste the benefit of meditation, then it will for itself or else you just become addicted to it, which will become a greatest positive addiction, which will drain away the last drop of negativity in you and you will be the master of your thoughts (switch on and switch off thoughts whenever you want).

Meditation is ultimately about quieting the mind. Learning to become still, all the way to the core. Start with slowing down the speed that thoughts come at you, and returning to center after becoming distracted. This is how Bruce Lee meditated.
Meditation is not an action which can be done, not a theory to understand..it's a state of being recognised by your innermost core / awareness even in the middle of all the thunders of actions and thoughts. That 'space' of inner stillness and silence automatically brings one towards that vastness/ infinity, like a dry light leaf to whom winds takes higher and higher in the sky, with no destination.. just alive flow

Meditation is most simply surrendering to all our busy thoughts. Through breathwork we can observe our thoughts and let them be. It is natural to experience thoughts of anxiety, fear suffering multiple times a day and our natural response is to set that thought aside and push it to the back. Unfortunately they are deep fears and beliefs that are in the subconscious and do not leave, but come back multiple times daily. When you can surrender to these uncomfortable thoughts in meditation, you can observe them and let them be. By doing this, you allow the thought process to play itself out fully. As you become more experienced in meditation you can come to see your true limiting and stumbling beliefs, accept them and learn how to do something about them in love and not fear. This brings us to a "true state" of being and brings us into our natural state-free from monkey mind that distracts us daily from our true self and living. When we can become aware of this, we can live in better balance and peace. For most people, manifestations and other forms of meditation cannot be achieved until you connect with this part of yourself. You can manifest whatever you want, but if your too fearful or have limiting beliefs, good luck achieving them. Sit with your breath and learn to observe your body and thoughts as an "observer" without judgement. This takes time and practice but has been by far the greatest gift of life I have found. A way to silence overactive mind and just be. Surrender is peace. Namaste
