I know I can write fast, it's not my hand that slows me down. Ever since I switched to writing in cursive I know I can write fast, I've done it without realising many times, but when I go fast I make mistakes. It's not my hand that slows me down it's my brain

As much as I like flexible writing, I find finding a soft nib to provide character to my writing preferable. They do not slow me down in my writing as would be needed for Calligraphy.
