Orange chicken in restaurants is way too sweet, I like that you can control the orange juice and it's not cloying sweet. Yay!

Amazing recipe! Just tried it for dinner. DO NOT SKIP PUTTING THE PEPPER IN. You definitely going to want something to offset the sweetness. But I was very impressed how well the recipe turn out. 10/10 for me!

Looks super yummy! Tip for rice from a brown person who eats rice for breakfast lunch and dinner 🙂: Basmati extra long rice and measure the rice and use same amount of Cold water as the rice! Applies for Jasmine too! 😊🤎

I like to use a rice flour/tapioca starch mix (1:1). Just add two eggs to that and water until it’s a little thicker than a crepe batter. It fries up really nice

a slick trick is to use chicken stock for rice in dishes with chicken to flavor your rice more
