I honestly hate appledusk x mapleshade. First off they shouldnt have been together in the first place. Second of all mapleshades brain was washed away from the flood and then appledusk lost his brain too when he frickn yelled at a mom who lost her children- then appledusk told maple shade to leave and mapleshade decided to go on to be a serial killer-
The fact Appledusk sits there and yells and blames Mapleshade for the kits drowning is incredibly heartless, he clearly never gave a damn about Mapleshade!
He lied to smoke and exaggerated his life in the clan, he liked her only for her looks and fondness in him, he chose to see smoke and mate with her, but then he turns her away without a second thought the moment he realized there a choice in his clan (whitetail) and when she literally had his kit and he couldn’t ignore it anymore, he ignored her begs for help which caused all her kits except one to die when she gave birth with nobody around, and even when she just begged him to take darkkit, which wouldn’t have been that hard (he wouldn’t even *have* to confess his relationship if he played it smart), he ignored her and treated her like trash.
ok so im gonna say this, ik the ship isnt canon but i still dislike it. mothpool. sorry but not only are they in laws but also,why cant they just be besties without people shipping them? ik a lot of people will disagree with my opinion, but i felt the need to add it to the list.

Not really. She didn’t mean to kill him, that’s another thing. She was going to kill Reedshine but Appledusk got in the way. I don’t even think she realizes their abusive connection if she were to yell something like, “Appledusk is mine!” Or, “These kits will make sure of that.” They’re not good for each other, one is too attached and entitled while the other is mostly quiet and doesn’t speak up for those he had trust in or will simply push them away. If they were to stick together it might as well be Mapleshade checking on Appledusk multiple times, stalking him with other she-cats. Sorry, yandere Mapleshade is amazing and I’m happy it exists.

@@mercipurrs Yes, MapleShade Was overprotective, But you can’t even bother to say AppleDusk was innocent. AppleDusk had cheated without MapleShade knowing. That was her motivation to kill, She Was Supposed to kill ReedShine But unfortunately AppleDusk got in the way and died.
