I made a plant base version using 2 cans of shredded jackfruit (seasoned with the same seasonings) and a can of white hominy for a little more bulk⊠it was so delicious!!!
Makes my mouth water, you did it on purpose! LOL! I used to use olive oil when frying until I found out that after the smoking point it turns to transfat. Since it depends on the oil what temperature the smoking point is, I just use it for baking and use Avocado oil or homemade ghee for frying. Great video thanks!

I MADE IT LAST NIGHT AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. the only thing I had to do was substitute the white beans for regular rosarita beans because it was all I had but it still came out so good. I also used her shredded chicken recipe which is also stunning! I love your channel so much.
